ADF Dip
We use the G1000 at our flight training school and even with that we get a dip in a turn, we lead by 10 degrees. Wish we didn't have to....! Part of the IR exam. NDB are more common in the UK than the US I have found and be told.

Its seems too stationary, the real needle and ADF signals are variable- I suppose this is difficult to replicate.

PMDG 737 + G1000?
Hello, Would it be possible to put the G1000 into the 737? I am trying to practice NDB and need the ADF dip as well as the G1000, Thoughts? Regards

Thanks Byran! Iv done some more test and the panal changes to 'After T/O' but little else happens and FO doesn't respond to any command.

Voice mode- green bar says 'go around' when called- the main bar stays in Landing. However I now have a response off him but only after about 2 mins, slighly behind the drag curve on this one! Regards

Iv tried it again Byran and I am used to the procedure like other FS2crew products but get a freeze and no positive climb or responce with flap retraction. Any suggestions? Kind regards.

Hello Byran, Thanks for a good product however just a couple of niggles, I was on final approach in landing config but yet to do landing check list and called 'go-around' and the green bar reproduced what I had said confirming the computer understood however my FO did nothing, I tried again with 'Missed approach' nothing, then he would listen to any of my commands to do with flaps and seemed to freeze untill I put the panal back round to 'intial climb' What is the exact go around procedure, had a look in manaual and cannot find much info. Kind regards H

So set the scene, just arrived at EGNT from CYVR with ATIS saying 220 @ 21knts.... landed fine, all hydraulic panel shut down, etc checklist complete, time for a coffee. So walk around the aircraft to see GSX @ work too notice the rudder moving on its own accord with the wind, how realistic is that! I had a look at the wind sock and the rudder and windsock were moving together.... I made sure it was nothing to do with me or my yoke. Its little features (I am hoping it is and not a bug) that makes the 777 so brilliantly realistic! Thank you very much PMDG. Little things like this gets me going and I'm a real pilot. Sorry if this has been brought up but go have a look! Regards, H

Am I the only one who miss the 737?
For me, and I may speak for others, its not so much a comparison between the control surfaces of the 737 and the 777, because they are very much different planes and technologies, the comparison I am making between the two is the feeling you get when you fly them, for me, I want to sit in the left hand seat and experience everything a real captain would and let my imagination fill in the gaps, because in the NGX I feel im actually working as a team with FS2crew it just has a better flying experience- because in my opinion and it is currently more realistic, not saying the 777 isnt, its an amazing aircraft (my favorite part is the hum at engine start up, a privilege to be able to), but there is just a small gap atm in my flying experience (not PMDG's fault.... obviously), because I cant work as a team.... like a normal captain.... yer?

As soon as I get fs2crew with the 777 im sure I will get that 'feeling' I get with the cherished 737.... what a plane.... I don't know about anyone else but im getting much better frames on the 737 in the same conditions as the 777....

To be honest CYVR is one of I think CYVR is one of the best sceneries iv ever bought, I think its brilliant and I love flying in there at night with the 777! Im on the way now actually.

G-XLEA BA A380 hard landing
Its amazing how much 'abuse' tolerance these aircraft have built into them. I think a full A380 can TO at 540tish, so lets asume that last video was around 250 because it was empty, that is still a huge amount of weight coming into contact with the ground! Bloody gravity, can ruin a good landing!

Orrrr I have lightening fast camera smooth holding abilities.... its a good sound though you have to agree! It was a good flight. It was my first Youtube video, iv got some others im working on.
