I plan to have both. And if they come out with something I want, scenery / aircraft I might buy it even at 1600 MSP. I think the default scenery is as good as other payware programs for FSX. Had they released the whole world in similar detail I think a good majority of the negative posts would have gone away.

My comment is not so much about the flight characteristics but the inability to model certain functions/knobs/systems of the plane. Has anyone ever explained why certain functions do not work? Is this a FSX limitation, I'm referring to the several startup checklist items that can not be performed.

No clickspots either. I had to get ezdok to get my views the way I wanted them. It has taken me quite some time to understand this plane. There are still parts I don't understand becuase there is no explanation of them.

I love Caranado's products. I own the PA46T and the 182RG and love them both. Dude you need to chill out. Guess I need to be careful what I say geesh.... I did say I had hoped my post was not taken as a hater post cuz it was not. NO reason to complain to Carando it's just the way they put out their planes. I actually hope someone from their company is in these forums to see feedback from customers like me.

The Cessna default sounds are not that great. I have seen some soundpacks from TSS available. I want to buy one but am concerned because I have the Caranado 182RG and since it has retractable landing gear if I get the 172 sounds how would I still get the retractable gear sounds. Any suggestions? Looking to buy ASAP.Thanks for your help.

nice video.. Track IR is cool. If you added Ezdok it would really be cool. Was the radio chatter a payware program? Also what is your standard zoom angle in the cockpit? I cant seem to get what I like with that plane.

O MY GOD!!! How far has FSX come. That was the most amazing video I have ever seen made for this sim. I felt like I was actually on the flight. The wind effects and camera angles really made the video come alive. If you have a moment could you post what you are using for the camera positioning, shake effect and ATC which sounded way different than regular. did you record the audio bits yourself?Thanks

To second Hellfire's comment there are a few things that come on in a payware aircraft that are baffeling. Simple issues you wonder why were not corrected. I wonder the level of beta testing done with a rush to get the product to market. I suppose that is the way life is with all games but it gets annoying. I hope my post is not interpreted as a hater post as I love the Caranado aircraft just Would prefer my existing aircraft patched properly please, another half finished aircraft coming.....

Wish they would finish the dang C90 instead of start new projects. Really looking forward to the King Air

Just my opinion. The cost for the add on's are too much and the area covered to fly is way to small. I would maybe pay $5 or $10 for an airplane I liked and maybe $25 for some scenery I like but only if it's a large enough area and where I actually want to fly. Not Hawaii.Also I just purchased a new car for Forza 4 with MS points and paid only 200 points for the car. Super detailed car perfect sound great graphics. Other games don't charge so much for their content. Why is Flight charging so much??Perfectly happy with FSX and my payware.

But it's not out yet. I see a wishlist on the ezdok forum. There is nothing really wrong with 1.7 it's just you would like the company would release some decent vibration files. I suppose there will be more available as the program is used and I see a few already in the library. I just started with everything at zero and am working them up in intensity until I like what I see. However this is a pretty time consuming process and there are a lot of adjustments I do not understand. O well still better than without.

I've been on a payware rampage. So I got EzDok or Complicated Dok as I like to call it. Anyway the camera views are pretty easy to set up but the vibration setup is crazy. All the payware aircraft start with all zeros...Plus am I correct in that each camera view has to have a vibration file... if you so choose it to have one? I know I can export from a default plane but has anyone tweaked a turboprop setting??So I have the PA46T Malibu and been messing with the vibration effects. Man what a mess. On Caranado website there is a video with the vibration effects. Does anyone know where to get a copy of those files? They looked perfect.If not has anyone had luck with setting up the vibration files at various ground and air situaions that can be shared?Thanks

I guess it's just something to add to the checklist. Switch fuel level to fuller tank... I think it's on there already anyway.What screws me up is all the checklist items that I can't complete because it's not modeled. I find myself writing a new procedure or just crossing out the one written. Too bad

What are you using for AI?

You know I wondered about that. I mean what if someone released a panel with ALL systems modeled for an existing default aircraft. I mean amazing interior seats and passenger compartments including exterior high def textures are great... but if you look at the default KA350 panel then look at the PA46T panel its a MONSTER difference. If someone would model that kind of interor for the default KA I would flip.... Or in reality all of the default planes. I wonder if that is not possible. Maybe that's not possible. Maybe a developer needs to start with a fresh slate.

Woo Hoo Just got the Caranado PA46T Interesting in that there is a lot of stuff that is not modeled but the level of detail is great! Of course I don't know very much about a turboprop so I'm lost as hell.. But lots of forum reading and I'm getting up to speed. Seen a lot of great vid's on Utube also.

I just posted asking the same question. There are so many items on the normal startup checklist that I have NO IDEA where they are. Maybe they are not modeled so it doesnt matter. Too bad they didn't put an astericks next to the items that were not necessary for the flight sim. I have to do that myself manually once I discover them. To bad there wasnt some sort of checklist somewhere. I'm afriad to make one becuase I know it would be wrong.

I wonder why it was not possible to model the ground clear switch?
