    They had some really nice people working for them and I believe that at the time, they was very keen to succeed. Now It is past whatever reputation they could have made in the market and has lost all It's possible respect. Contrary to reports, the only developer that was working on it has ceased and he was the husband of the lady that got it going in the first place. Sad really, I embraced this project when it first started in 1996.

    The only way to get noticed is to keep this thread going. I for one, would pay whatever it cost's for an A2A/PMDG type version for FSX, Show your hands, if your with me?

    The FSX MAAMsim DC-3 was an FS9 portover. MAAM half promised to make a pukka FSX version but failed. The market therefore is open for a decent DC-3 for FSX and I believe that A2A would make the best one. I hope they change their minds as it would be a best-seller for them.

    Kaboki, he described himself as a Casual Simmer (meaning he doesn't have the time to study any aircraft. He is like many, they just want to take off and fly).

    I would advise you away from this as a casual simmer. The Q400 is definitely hardcore simming, believe me. It's not the sort of aircraft that you would enjoy until you have delved into what makes it tick, If you know what I mean, I advise this with the greatest respect, of course.

    Sound business sense Molleh. What I fail to understand is that, we are not asking for a new development, merely a 3D version of the VC cockpit? The length of this thread must tell all, surely. I would be quite prepared to pay double the original asking price for this in FSX.

    Kyle you seem to be completely missing the point. All we are asking for is a better cockpit that is similar to the NGX? I feel sure that, that would be a much simpler exercise than developing a DC-6 to PMDG standards. We already know the answer that they are not going to do it. Others are debating whether the DC-6 is going to be a meaningful and paying project in comparison. Whether, or not they lost money on it is debateable. It's Still selling not only in downloads but on disk too.
