Sorry if I'm exploring this badly Rob Legacy V2. Three knobs. Right one of which is mixture. Middle controls rpm. Left controls manifold pressure My Joystick (Cyborg Fly 5) has two sliding independent throttle levers. I want one working left knob. And one working rpm knob. I'll use mouse for mixture - when in cruise. I thought it was an easy question! Cheers Dean

Gents. Is it correct these flights can only be joined in FSX and not P3D V3?

I have the GTN 750 but just had a flight with the basic GPS in the Legacy V2. Won't be doing that again! Get it. You will love it.

At last my Christmas present has arrived! Flown it all evening on Pilotedge and I have to say this aircraft is awesome! Thanks guys. Now some bedtime reading of the 100+ page manual. Dean

I strongly suggest you try Pilotedge. It just works every time. It is 100% realistic usually controlled by experienced real world ATC people. And even better there is a two week free trial. Cheers.

Recently installed Socal ORBX.and since then Seal Beach SLI VOR 115.7 seems to have vanished! GPS still recognised it. Charts still include it. Has anyone else had this and how do I fix it? I'm using KSNA Sim 720 scenery too. P3D V3. Thanks. Cheers. Dean

Hi Ed Thanks for the P3d V3 update - long awaited but much appreciated I assure you. (I assume in your latest message the 'not' was a typo for 'now' and not an Ed miss-direction!) I have run the new installer which seemed to go Ok. However when I come to reactivate the licence I get "run time error 76 path not found". I haven't been using GNS 430 since uninstaling P3d V2 months ago. Should I be deactivating licence first or is there something else to do? Thanks Dean

It is awesome. Get it -especially if it's still half price. Systems are complex and realistic. Flight model (many say) is accurate. It's a pleasure to fly and offers GTN750 integration if you have that as well. One of my best buys of 2015.

I have just finished re-working through the cadet course in preparation for the new episodes with the Q400 pro version. I have to say in my opinion the cadet course is excellent - fun, well presented and very informative. Great value too! First Officer course is a no brainer for me.

ORBX Socal is promised release before Xmas. ORBX freeware airport sceneries include three or four good ones. Catalina, Palomar, and several others. Me too. I have a modest laptop and V3 and this Learjet is awesome. Read the forum and see 7 yes seven! Improvements since it was launched two weeks ago. Not fault corrections by any means - tweaks and improvements in the main. I don't regret purchasing this aircraft at all. It is already near perfect. And you can get it half price this weekend! No brainier to me.

Hi Mark I've downloaded and installed all 6 updates so far into P3D V3 and had no problems like you describe. Try again I'm sure you'll find the problem - it really is a delightful and well supported aircraft add-on.

I have struggled for days (like BeaverDriver) to see the trim settings. I think I've sussed it now. Hold cursor over the trim up/down switch. The tool tips show the trim reading (but this is not necessary). The trim guage needle will either be straight up or straight down. As you trim (using joystick or keyboard) the needle will not move at all - for ages. Then if you watch it will start to move towards centre - and in less than a few clicks it has swung right round to the opposite end. After you realise this it is easy to catch it and set the trim needle in take off range. Just flown version 1.4 from KSNA to KSFO and near perfect flight Great aircraft FLYSIMWARE thanks!

This is a really nice aircraft and there are some good YouTube video tutorials to help. Enjoy!

One way is to follow on Facebook. I don't have OOM problems but I followed the instructions above and installed process server so that I could monitor VAS just out of interest. I then install the patch and noticed a considerable reduction in VAS. Suggest you give this a try. Cheers Dean
