About Me

  • About Me
Flightsimmer as of FS98, lover of high quality addons.
  1. Hi, The lack of atc coverage keeps me offline..... Also per company SOP I have to do my flights in real time. At the moment I'm doing only long hauls, meaning 5+ hrs. If there is atc coverage for my whole route I have to be here 5+ hrs and then I probably have a domestic fight here at home or worse...... There are other alternatives for the default P3D atc like Radar Contact or Pro Atc/X. Both work with P3D v3. This will allow you to let your virtual co pilot handle all radio contact and you can do other important family business..... Peter Aertssen Amsterdam
  2. Yes, the 64. Peter Aertssen EHAM
  3. Hi there, Just for your info: I'm running W10 and P3D v3 with the 777 without any problems at all! In fact I'm very happy that I've upgraded from FSX to P3D v3. Last friday I did a medium long haul flight (PGUM-PHNL) of 8 hrs without any problem at all. I think (and Carlo said it also) it has to do something with your MSVCR120.dll file missing (and that can cause an OOM). MSVCR120.dll is an important file used in Window Operating System. The file is used to extract the valuable application resources required at runtime by the third party installation program (like PMDG, hence your trouble with the 777). This dll file error occur from incorrect versions of the file and also MSVCR120.dll error occurs due to corrupted or damaged MSVCR120.dll file. So why don't you give it a try and (re)install the MSVCR120.dll file? Download msvcr120.dll zip File form http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll... Extract the zip file Copy the msvcr120.dll file How do I install the dll-file Go to the location in Computer C:\Windows\System32 and Paste the file here that's all. Peter Aertssen EHAM

  5. vPilot can be run on a remote machine in your network, separate from the machine running the flight simulator, provided you have the correct version of SimConnect installed on the vPilot computer, and you have configured the SimConnect.cfg file correctly. ^_^ Peter Aertssen EHAM
  6. Hello, Just an idea but take a look at your flightplan in PFPX. Sometimes due to airway restrictions you have to descent to a lower flightlevel. After exiting the airway you are allowed to climb again to your desired altitude. I've had this once with a flightplan from EHAM to OMDB. Peter Aertssen Amsterdam EHAM
  7. Or you can do some long haul cargo flights ^_^ Peter Aertssen EHAM
  8. Hi, I am using RC and I'm very happy with it. You can run it in a networked setup on a 2nd computer and it works with any weather addon. Depending on the weather RC will give you the right rway. You can also choose to fly SID, if you put the SID in your flightplan. RC will not issue a SID or STAR itself, that's about the only downside of RC I can come up with. Good luck! Peter Aertssen EHAM PS: there is a voice pack for RC available here on avsim. Do a search for meatwater. Then you do have accents, although totally random regardless where you fly.
  9. Just run makerwys, exe (as administrator) in your FSX root folder. It will repair the runways database.
  10. Hi, I just installed my SP1 on my Dutch w7 64bit without any problem! Looks like the installer can't find the path to your FSX.... Peter Aertssen EHAM
  11. It IS already friday..... guess I'll have to wait for saturday...... Peter Aertssen EHAM EDIT: OC = Operations Center
  12. Ehhhh.... PMDG = YES YES YES.... ^_^ Credit card ready for purchase :o Peter Aertssen EHAM
