    First flight on this beauty !! A6-EGO operating from dubai to rome Fiumicino Departing dubai sunrise over turkey descending to rome on short final ( sadly the plane didn't capture the GS cause the frequency was wrong . blame the 8 year old sim we are using so i had to change the frequency last minute . which resulted in a high approach . i could have went for missed approach but i was too sleepy )

    Just the topic i was looking for john . thank you very much . one question if im flying a long haul (lets say 10 hours ) and later in the flight i would like to request DES forecast uplink (approx. after i first created the flight plan by 7 hours ) will it load from the weather file PFPX created 7 hours ago , or will it be a new one which has newer wind data from ASN ?

    Hello everyone you can disregard the previous question . after thinking about it i realised that its a stupid question ( no wonder no one replied back ) my "new" question is why does jeroen have the antisotropic filter optimization off and the one after it also off ? also what's the difference between high quality and high performance texture filtering ?     I just read a post on ADX stating that A2S have purchased aurasim! Great news. They said that the Q400's performance tool will be available for a cheap price. And the development of the 777's efb will continue!

    Thank you very much Hey gabriel. Ya i knew that dropbox was causing the problem. Because i did everything correctly according to the embedding guide. Anyway i'll take this beauty for a flight tonight and will try posting with imgur.Com (thats if pmdg dont release the 300er tonight) Cheers

    Well, part of the reason is that their first project which was for the q400 was completely free. They should've at least charged 5 dollars.

    Hello everyone . just saw this thread and the amount of info. in it is amazing . anyway may i ask whats the difference between override any application setting AND application controlled for the antialiasing mode in NI . same thing goes to anisotropic filtering mode , there is user defined / off AND application controlled , whats the difference ? cheers

    definitely REX for cloud textures. ASN for weather,EZCA, PFPX and topcat for planning. Also navigraph's yearly chart subscription if you count it as an addon of some sort. Cheers

    HiFlyer , you can see in my post that i was replying to wims80 , so i called them the way he described them "clueless scrubs" . so that is why i added a quotation mark to quote what wims80 said . btw you have a good point , sometimes people forget how they started and HOW they were able to reach the mountaintop as you say .
