Can anyone recommend short flights within the US with either the CRJ 700 or 900? Based in Europe I find it quite hard. I was thinking below 1 hour flights, any airline, but the airports need to be payware and have some degree of quality.

Fantastic pictures - how do you get than "in-cockpit lens flare" from the sun? I am using PTA with a sun mod and can only achieve lens flare when looking outside the aircraft. Inside, its only a round bulb.

Same problem, couldnt activate AP. What does stable trimmed condition mean? The original trim value set before takeoff?

My bad, apparently I had an older installer. Downloaded the most recent and now everything is working fine.

Hi, thanks for answering! Well, actually, I have deleted antivirus programs a long time ago as it messed up P3D addons. So the only thing running is Firewall and Windows Defender. But I tried disabling both of these, run the installer again, but no luck. Sadly, I think I might have screwed up something because I deleted all PMDG entries in Regedit, and I removed the PMDG folder in the start menu. Now, when I run the installer again, there is no folder appearing in the start menu, only in Program Files (x86). However, this folder (PMDG Operations Center) only contains three files: OpsCenterUpdater, PMDG_Icon and PMDG-OC-Manual. The updater, run as admin, only tries to connect before it quits. There is no sign of the PMDG Operations Center.exe file no where. Starting to pull my hair out now, really dont want to do a clean install...

Sorry to reopen an old topic, but I am struggling with having no Operation Manager after installation, only the OpsCenterUpdater in my Programfiles folder. Even so, the OpsCenterUpdater just says "connecting to server" before quitting with no messages. This is for the PMDg 747 in P3D v4. I have tried reinstalling several times with no luck. The only thing present is the updater, no operation center/livery manager.

Yep, Tried to disable all shadows on scenery, cloud shadows etc, but FPS oddly remain the same.

All I can tell is that, at least on my system with GTX 980, dusk/dawn brings FPS down on its knees...

Pardon my ignorance, but will the older 1.8.5 version be released for P3D v4? I am happy with version, have absolutely no need for other versions which costs extra.

Hi, so after the new installer came out I've been downloading Global, Open LC etc, but the installer or downloader automatically saves and extracts to my C disk (Windows disk). I have limited space here and when downloading ORBX products, the space fills up, and the process fails. Any way to change this to another directory?

Well I think there's something wrong with their checkout site. Went on to buy KCTL (which should give you 50 %, including on KCTL if I am correct) + KJFK v2 + CYVR + PHNL and KMEM. Did not end up with 50 % of the total. Maybe I misunderstood the sale promotion though.

Agreed. I would much rather have 4K sky textures than ultra-resolution interior textures which I seldom see.

Well, I am using a saitek yoke and throttle (no rudder, pedals). So I have to use my old Logitech joystick as nose wheel steering and rudder. I think this is the culprit to my issues, because I can see it is jacking and shaking in the controllers menu. If I disable this, and only use the yoke for steering (like a steering wheel in a car), things are pretty much normal actually.

Well, default B737 also immediately turns left when taking off, impossible to stear back on track.

This. Sitting on a taxi-way, no winds, IXEG 737 for instance with engines running but idle - dances around like crazy sometimes. Other times it just slowly turns to either side. Will post a (poor) video soon illustrating the problem.
