You can use the Windows 10 media creation tool to can create a Win10 ISO file and use that to install. The media creation tool will have to download as well but once done you'll have a Win 10 ISO you can burn or mount to install. You can get the tool here.
One thing I've found is that the Tiger moth is so slow it can make any PC look smooth, even my own decrepit 3Ghz I7-950. It is however one of the best planes to take out to soak up some scenery because of that.
You need this in your dll.xml to fix the 0% naviigraph processing.
