Well there are so many airports in the sim who are just not good. My home airport (quite large) for example is barely recognizable and I would be happy to get it as payware.

Nobody is whining about anything. Why everyone is always feeling so attacked? You can say something which is not "mainstream" and not be attacked for it 🙂 It's not like we are all in the US. I'm not talking about OP's room for improvement but rather, getting the google images fitting in the current sim better overall (not just this scenary).

I don't understand why you like this. All these google maps imports are totally not matching in the current autogen. The colors are way off. It looks better yes, but you can see the difference between google and bing buildings from a mile away.

It' not in the settings. I got the same problem. If you stay in the area, the buildings will pop up in better quality. They are just not loading.

Unfortunately that's a bit too much of resolution 🙂 You notice a huge framedrop (slide show). And these images still don't fit in their surroundings.

Well legal problem or not. It looks real, but doesn't fit in the current color range.

It has been mentioned multiple times that the reefs are ingame are not like in the trailers. They messed up.

If there are still differences sure people will complain 🙂 That's in the nature of people. So let me complain: The water needs color correction.

+1 the graphical interferences are way too much. Some with the icing, never seen so much ice on an A320 in Reallife.

Well you can't even call it "Landmark Addon" as it are about 1000 objects. Might as well remodell the whole city 🙂

Looks like the landmarks are overall pretty okay. The bridges are a bit bright and therefore the street color isn't matching, but I guess this can be fixed. And the buildings seem to be a bit low res. By the way I don't understand why everybody is already so complaining about "Oh addons = much lower fps". This is a brand new game, no one has any experience how these addons will impact the performance.

I find it very interesting that he modelled the whole city center as it looks like (Screenshot in simmarket). The autogen seem to have its own range of color and the custom builds are more "real". Maybe the solution is to model the whole city and not just a few buildings :)

Looking at the clouds, it looks a bit off, you can see pixels on the edges 😞 . I've got the same, but thought that would be because of my medium settings.

UI is never an easy topic, it's okay at the moment I guess and definitely not perfect. X. I'd like the option to correct autogen and other objects by the users, so everybody can contribute in their own region.

Try the baltic sea , Lübeck and above. You can fly VFR cause of the streets and layouts are perfect , but there is definitely room for improvments on the buildings and other objects.

The airports are there even when they are not displayed on the global map, same for EDHL. But I really don't know why they did that.

Hey all, I don't know if the topic has been discussed yet or if someone got information about this. As I wasn't part of the beta I flew above my hometown and surrounding area today. Needless to say I was disappointed, because the buildings are just random autogen, ships are underwater, churches are flat, landmarks are missing. I don't want to make any accusations, that it should look better, I just want to know if there is/will be a possibility for us to "fix"/improve the areas ourselves and share it with others. If a lot of people are willing to optimize their home area I think it would greatly benefit the flightsim overall.

Looks like there is still room for improvement atleast in the surroundings with flat cars and blurry ground textures. How is the FPS though?

That's more expensive then I thought. So that would be 59$ + 84,99 = 143.99$ for the Premium Deluxe Upgrade?
