A lot of the flights over the Atlantic fly over Nova Scotia, Canada enroute to Europe. My inlaws notice this and so do I. We were there one year watching the planes and I seen one. Now buy the time they reach Nova Scotia they are flying around 30,000 feet or so. This one was low. I said to the out law, "that plane is to low and too slow". Well he just laughed and you know the rest. The next day he told me a plane laneded in Newfoundland Canada with engine problems. F$%k y*uJimCYWG

Not quite FS but about the community. The Misses had a friend visiting from out of town and halfway through dinner, out of no where I hear her friend say. "That Randazzo guy is hot". First words out of my mouth are not "hey now", "I am right here, so no nodding", "how do you know him", or even "when did you stop dating the DEA Miami Field Office", nope nothing like that just "he needs to get to work on a Triple 7". Dinner continued very quietly after that.

If you aren't a pilot or had any training; but you know and understand an aircraft and its system too well, that you feel confident enough to take control of a real jet in an emergency (a moment you are waiting for when going on holiday :( )

I have the autopilot disconnect sound from the airbus on my cell phone and when it goes off I look down and realize I am holding a steering wheel.

You know you've been playing Flight Simulator too much......when the stewardess shows you to your bulkhead seat, you stare at the plain blue bulkhead directly in front of you, you assume it's the 'blue screen of death' and press the reset button, and your seat flies back!Toni.
