PMDG 737 NGX: The View Forward

Featured Replies

The Level D 763 and the Maddog have very limited crew interaction, and they offer no help what so ever when it comes to flying the plane. You are the one who still needs to flip the switches and fly the plane. Neither of those planes have the FO interaction that FS2Crew provides, which is why I am so pleased to hear that the NGX version is already in the works.
Uh, the Maddog has the best FS2Crew version available in my opinion, and it has full voice control. The Maddog combined with FS2Crew voice control and online flying is hands down the most realistic simulation of a commercial airliner for FSX. Even stock, the Maddog has more crew interaction than some other complex payware aircraft.

Just wondering, will this aircraft include the Electronic Flight Bag, because some airlines are using it. I think this has already been mentiones, but that may have involved in the 777 section of this forum.

not entirely true, the level d 767 has a virtual FO that will operate gear, flaps, and reset MCP altitude. This can be very useful during busy takeoffs and approaches/landings. It also features cabin crew that will inform you of passenger comfort/cabin temperature and request changes to it.
To be honest, I havent flown the Level D without FS2Crew in probably over a year. I remember the cabin crew always complaining about the cabin temp, but I didn't remember the FO operating the gear, flaps and mcp. I remember callouts, but a few planes have FO callouts. The Maddog and Coolsky MD80s have callouts FO callouts, and the feelthere ERJs have CALL!, which is just a FO reading through the checklists, but he doesnt do any work, only stops at a challenge when it isnt met. Useful for the first couple of flights to get a hang of SOP, but not to terribly helpful with actually flying the plane.

The Maddog FS2Crew is pretty sweet. But I think the Jetstream 41 version is even better.

Think of it being slightly more valuable than Monopoly money.
