The 'E.T' members were not beta testers but was invited to help if they wanted to, by reporting bugs. In return, they got the Advanced version of the A.S. 320 for a knock down price. All of the ET members get the whole thing in the shape of an '.exe' download when the project is finished without any extra charges and it will be finished. No doubt, they will all be at the front of the queue to formally apologize to Airsimmer, when the project is finished eh?
Sorry I confused you but here are my facts. But last I checked I'm allowed to have an opinion. Regardless of my Signature.
How it worksYou purchase a special AirSimmer A320 Family Extended Team License, which is priced at $56.95, over 30% below the AirSimmer A320 Family retail price. This license gives you immediate access to the Beta version of the product and the AirSimmer Extended Team Forums. You then use our product and give us your feedback

Thanks for the heads-upI am still optimist. Good thing is I don't have to share the views of all the naysayers posting their dissapointments about AS across all the www's FS boards. In the contrary, it strengthens my faith in the AS team. They are passionate about their project, and eventually their Airbus will be good!

System specs: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit; Intel Core i7 3770 @ 3.40GHz; 16,0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 802MHz; 8 GB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti (NVIDIA)

For a Flightsim Labs beta tester you really surprise and disappoint me with your confused attitude? The Flightsim Labs product is what I would call, top notch, and therefore I would have expected your comment to be a little more refined and respectful?First and foremost, you have got all the wrong information from wherever you heard it from. Now you know.Airsimmer announced that this was their very first aviation project and selected the Airbus as a impressive challenge that everyone would be able to enjoy. The fact that it's taken them longer to finish than they envisiged is a true sign that they intend to get it right at the end, and for that dedication they should recieve our full support.Without them and people like them, this hobby would be nothing more than a game. You know, don't get me wrong I'll applaude anyone who Firstly will still develop high quality advanced Aircraft for FS9Second, who yes, are passionate about what is it there doing. But please stop pretending that the FS community are a bunch of idiots. Leave the BS in the pasture. When it's as plain as the nose on your face, don't deny it.They messed up badly. And in doing so lost alot of potential customers. They were set on a pedestal and everyone hoped they would deliver. They didn't at there first release. and now with this statement it leaves alot of people scratching there head, Yet once again.I hope that someday they do get it out of the the door, and working the way the intended it to.It just will never be in my hangar.

Sorry I confused you but here are my facts. But last I checked I'm allowed to have an opinion. Regardless of my Signature.Wow that sure sounds alot like Beta testing to me.You're "Invited" but you have to pay. We'll give you a BETA version to test but your not Beta testers your and "Extended Team".And when it's done you can have the Full family in which you've already paid for. But Anyway, Sorry to say I won't be in any line cause they lost me as a customer along time ago when they switched gears and decided to knowingly release a buggy product to further finance there great white whale. To quote Nik:Well ya missed.
Well, well well. What a climb down, changing your mythical signature to SSTsim because you was turned down from FSlabs. See, you never know who reads this do you :( :( :(

Really Dave? That's the best you've got. Because I was invited by Andrew Personally (SSTSIM) to be on the FSLABS beta team and real life got to busy and wasn't able to put in as much as I would have loved to with Concorde X. Exactly how was I turned down? That's it, That's what you got? :( BRAVO!

You never know who reads this do you
You're right you don't. I know people to Dave.

I paid for the basic version. It does not work as expected. So what? I allow myself the luxury of relaxing my brain, keeping faith with the AS team, and enjoying life, maybe see an update to the bus, maybe not.Geddy_2112, it is only and solely your very own responsibility of what you make up your mind to. It is not my task nor the task of the AS team. If you feel confirmed in your opinion about something by expressions of perhaps the majority of the FS community, then it is only YOU who decides to keep this state of mind. And yes, I noticed the AS bus won't make it to your HD. For now... :(

And you know Diesel if that's fine for you than good. If you're happy with the way your bus performs great. I'm not knocking that.I'm persoanlly not trying to keep any state of mind. I'm usually very open to debate of any kind and look at it with eyes wide open.I would LOVE to have a complex Airbus. I own practically everything else out there, why not. But IMHO Airsimmer went about it the wrong way. And alot of other people believe that as well.Alot of people have paid good money for a product that in there mind isn't finished and shouldn't have been released.Much like the way Captain Sim did there 757 block system. Alot of people were angry over that, and vowed never to use them again.Perhaps at the moment, AS are alot like Toyota. Everyones confidence is shaken and it will take alot for people to trust them again.I think I've said my peace here.G'night

LOL,Just have to point out that might not be the best analogy as despite their stock still being 12% off its 52 year high their year over year growth from March 2009 to March 2010 was close to 40% growing from something like 13x,xxx to 18x,xxx units moved although a lot of that was done at HIGHLY REDUCED MARGINS so the bottom line might not reflect it but if consumer confidence is gauged by units sold Toyota has no issues with the public, just with the gov't in the way of multi-million dollar fines...It just goes to show the old adage is true, their is no bad publicity... Judging by watching people all over the globe glued to a golf tournament for the first time since Tiger played last just goes to enforce the adage even more!!! Glad I could knock this whole debate sideways to a whole different place LOL!!! :(

Have a Wonderful Day

If AS every gets things sorted out, and releases an FSX version I give them a chance, on one condition, that they stay with flight1. If for some reason they ever decided to drop flight1 I would never purchase it under any circumstance. Infact now that I'm a little wiser in flightsim years pretty much if its not backed by flight1 I will not buy it, only exception PMDG. Man I have wasted alot of $$$$ to come to that conclusion. :(

Ian, I don't know if it's so much a matter if they stay with Flight1. I think it's a matter of whether Flight 1 keeps them. I have to imagine they had quite a few returns to process.
