Really? Do you have a link to the post? That's too bad if true. I was really looking forward to it. I hope there is a true FSX model on the way with VC.

I was going to speculate that as well, for Flight1 has ceased development of aircraft addons for FS9 for a while. Is there any top notch developer who's still making new planes for FS9? I can only think of Eaglesoft so far.

So you think feelthere is top notch?

Feelthere gets better with every new 'PIC' title - their ERJv2.0 is apparently very much 'up there'.

You can't be serious. You can't be. It means there's another addon I've been waiting for for ages and then ends up being cancelled for FS9. I can't bloddy believe it. Look, I don't really care if it's FS9 or not, but they promised, you know... How come that I see more and more often developers promise something and then don't deliver? Is it some societal disease?

It's strange, but FS9 seemed to be the heyday of development for new and exciting projects. Then right around the time FSX was close to release things just went downhill and stayed that way. Ever since FSX, the entire pay ware community has been lacking in both FS9 and FSX development, plus we've seen a surge in vaporware products and company mismanagement, often leading to the dissolution of various companies.

I went to the Flight1 forums, to see what this is all about. Florian stated the FS9 VC is by no means dropped. They just have to see how long the porting to FS9 will take. However, it seems FSX is going to be released first.

As you can see I am sure he put EDIT in there.Originally it said it was being dropped for the FS9 version....When you hear him saying things like "If" I can be done and "I never promised it" with "It said it didn't have one on the package" and so on.Mabe he added the *EDIT* part due to the fact that many people called him on it when he in fact did say their would be a FS9 VC.

Look at the Airsimmer forums, they are pretty much a laughing stock, after they promised something big, but their all talk, but their project is still going on. but im not so sure if they will ever keep their word.Small advice for anyone interested, do not buy it now as you will only get a refund on it.

Yeah...He is better known over on the AS forums as "Dave on the English Rivier." He is an Airsimmer a really excited user, and a troll. I also find i funny how some people in this thread have dramatically reversed their opinion in the past few months. Some people on this forum were singing high praises to the mighty one back in November and December...now they are cursing Airsimmer left and righthttp://forums1.avsim.net/index.php?showtop...p;hl=airsimmerhttp://forums1.avsim.net/index.php?showtop...mp;hl=airsimmerhttp://forums1.avsim.net/index.php?showtop...mp;hl=airsimmerCan I say that I told ya so yet?? :( Matt

While I am retired, I can hardly be known as a 'boy' and 'Troll's are the fantasy characters in nursery stories. You most obviously haven't progressed any further than that level.Airsimmer are still developing their product. They haven't given it up saying nothing to anyone like another certain Airbus developer. :( while this situation continues you should not, and furthermore you have no right to dismiss them as not trying to finish it.The cynics on the Airimmer forum consist of a similar section of Avsim people that actually 'get off' on knocking developers and other contributors. In the process they risk bans as they are breaking forum rules they probably never read anyway. What you and many others fail to realise is, without developers flight sim would be nothing more than a game. One of the things I have learnt in my many years is 'never criticise anyone that is better than you, unless you can better them' - and you know you can't! It takes dedication to be positive whereas you don't need any degree of common sense to be negative. You really do need to find out what it takes to be an individual, instead of a sheep. :(
