August 19, 201015 yr This is FSX only product... I dont know where you got it is for FS9.Because they have been saying that it will be for the past 2 years. It is only since January that the FS9 has become questionable. IF they do GREAT, and if they dont, more money to spend else where. August 19, 201015 yr Commercial Member Jonathan I think you have the wrong thread. This is about the LCF, it was only first announced a couple months ago and at no point did anyone even hint it would be for FS9, are you talking about the NGX? Noah Bryant
August 19, 201015 yr I noticed that the PMDG site says the following:This 737NG airliner simulation includes a complete 737NG panel, 737-600/700 exterior models, realistic flight model, virtual cockpit and cabin, sounds and a subscription to free add-on liveries. Source: http://www.precisionmanuals.com/pages/product/products.htmlWhat the?? I thought we were getting the B737-800 not the 600/700! Can someone clarify this? Yes I'd love to get my hands on the B736/7 but I'm more after the B738 - this is the more widely used a/c you would think. J Thomas YBBN
August 19, 201015 yr It would seem a pity to abandon PMDG in this fashion. Seriously, if you can afford it, upgrade your system to run FSX - you absolutely won't regret it!Regards,Unfortunately, having become a father for the first time 8 weeks ago, I don't have the luxury of spending hundreds or thousands of dollars on a computer. But yes, it will be a pity if I do have to abandon PMDG, as I consider them leaders in their field. Matthew Bellette
August 19, 201015 yr We'll have a big announcement about a smaller airplane a bit later in the week....Hopefully a Saab 340!!!???I say this since this is close to the design of the J41 and a lot of the repaints that were requested were from the Saab and adapted for the J41.Benny Miller
August 19, 201015 yr Jonathan I think you have the wrong thread. This is about the LCF, it was only first announced a couple months ago and at no point did anyone even hint it would be for FS9, are you talking about the NGX? I think you are right. I have been bouncing back and forth among the threads, that I noticed that I am not in the 737NGX thread. :( Jonathan Bradbury A part of the Flight Sim World since 1980 System Stats:MS Windows 10 64bit Home / Intel Kaby Lake i7 @4.2 / ASUS MAX IX Hero Motherboard /Corsair DDR4 16.00G Ram /Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050Ti Video Card
August 19, 201015 yr Commercial Member Pity this isn't for FS9 as well. Unfortunately if this trend continues, PMDG will have permanently lost one previously very happy customer.I'm going to tell you what I told your cohort in FS9-fanboyism Dillon earlier today when he started up with it again - this type of post was old several years ago, it's still old now, and it'll still be old in the future. We're not going back to a 7 year old sim, get over it. 7 years is absolutely ancient in computers - we can't even do what we did with this model in FS9. August 19, 201015 yr Eventually PMDG will have to give up on FSX just like they did FS9 It's going to happen even if you don't like it
August 19, 201015 yr I hope it's the Baby Boeing... I reckon Friday is the day for more news!and where did the Saab 340 suggestion come from? Is PMDG working on this too?
