I give him credit for being honest and having the balls to come on a public forum and admit to what he did.....honesty is the best policy. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt when he says he deleted them after three days. Who's to say he actually did delete the files.Moral of the story... Sometimes one needs to learn to keep one's mouth shut at certain times. The guilt should be punishment enough (if one does actually feel guilty).2. If you are in the USA.....look at the 5th amendment of the const. Don't incriminate yourself...which leads to the first point above. Last but not least and MOST IMPORTANT. DON'T BE STUPID AND STEAL. You DO NOT want to be made an example of. Watch prison documentaries and those should be enough to deter you from doing this rubbish again.
