August 24, 201015 yr Bought it and flew it from ORBX's Concrete Muni down the valley and back up for landing. Made it to 120 kts with a heavy load, Bill, and I liked the handling. The VC and exterior are very, very pretty and framerates on my rig, even with the ORBX PNW scenery, are great (Q9550 oc to 3.8, 275 GTX). I agree that the soundpack could be improved a bit, but it's not a big issue for me. SHIFT 1 through 4 call up comprehensive checklists, configuration options, and animations control. The checklist is a little too gray and thus hard to read for these aging eyes, but it's not a deal breaker, as I like to print out those for inflight use anyway.Now I just need a good FedEx repaint... August 25, 201015 yr Every time I try and insert my Reality XP 530 the cockpit goes missing and I can only see the gauges, also, when you cut the power, the airplane drops like a rock, I can't imagine it would glide THIS poorly, anyone else notice this? Other than those two issues, really a great job, and the textures and VC are top notch for sure! Ty J. Peres - KBZN

August 25, 201015 yr ABSOLUTELY love this Grand Caravan. I enjoyed being a passenger in one in South Africa a few years ago on my way to a memorable photographic safari. So I just took her up for a short flight from Johannesburg (FAJS) to Lanseria (FALN). About 20 miles or so...and using REX and EZDOK. This was a phenomenally fun short flight that gave me a great feeling of reality. I look forward to many more flights in Africa and in the Pacific Northwest with this beautiful bird.
