I gave it a try with a clean install of FSX with sp1 and two applied. Ran a performance test before installing fsx booster and then ran the sim after the install of fsx booster. To be honest, I think it looked worse and not only that it, had to decrease my display settings which was very disappointing. This is far from a booster from my test results.

Edited to correct the name of the product which is FSX Booster and not FSX Boost.Noticed a new product called FSX Boost has been released that is said to help you analyze your computer and make sure you get the best possible experience in FSX that your hardware will allow by modifying known and unknown FSX tweaks and settings. Sounds almost too good to be true...Anyone tried it out yet?
Hey I'll try anything once so here is my experience. Ran the demo and it suggested a couple of things but nothing of consequence since I am already using *******' tweaks. Clicked "Run FS" button and the program crashed. I found the program in the Installed Programs section of Control Panel. Clicked "Uninstall".

Seems I'm beginning to like some of your findings, Mike T. Comprehensible decision towards the uninstall process of this product.I don't have a feeling of missing something since I did this too.

I tried Booster, it did not do anything for my system, certainly I was not convinced that I should purchase the product.I told them that to get a legitimate test scenario i would need a few days , I was working through several scenarios but ran out of timeThe booster folks indicated that one day was plenty and that I would need a license after the demo period expired. My only comment is that 1 day for testing is to me too little .I could not justify the purchase as i never saw a BOOST, maybe if i had had more opportunity to work on it i would have purchased it, but maybe not.I have tweaked , refined and modified my fsx.cfg file extensively over the past years. Things work well at times, but I suppose could always be betterAnyway decided to hold on my to my $$ and continue to work on fsx on my own. ive learned allot from the fsx community base of knowledge and i dont think this is the Frame rate magic bullet but i could be wrongI asked them for a few days to continue testing but I got no response. Maybe they thought I was looking to somehow take advantage of them . Regardless hats off to any company that works hard to build a product that can add value and help to enhance the FSX experience.Pete
