October 24, 201015 yr Now i found another picture, and the "bulp" is a bit wrong - maybe it extrudes too much back and a its a bit too wide. The handled is like centered to the buttom of the end of the bulp. thus the bulp is not much wider than to the handle for the window.check this shot:And still let me clarify that the "whole picture" looks fantastic - it's just that detail that cought my eye. // Jesper Giørtz-Behrens ------------ Graphics artist for Prosim737 panels
October 24, 201015 yr I Hope Ryan or someone can answer my question:Will we be able to see the wingtips from the cockpit? If your not modelling it because it reduces FPS, fair enough and i 100% understand that, But All im asking is are these modelled in the VC??Thankyou for such a great aircraft cannot wait!!Best Wishes for the future,Tristan Best Regards, Tristan Marchent - UK fATPL(A) - EMB 195 First Officer System: Intel i7-6700k Skylake CPU, 4 Cores (4.0-4.2GHz, Overlocked 20%), Asus Z170 PRO GAMING MBO, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 8GB, Corsair Hydro H80i V2 CPU Cooler, Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 3200 C16 2x8GB, Windows 10 Home 64-bit (512GB M.2 PCIe SSD), Prepar3D V4.5 (1TB Samsung 850 EVO SSD), 4TB SSHD Hybrid Drive, EVGA GQ 80 PLUS Gold 850W Modular PSU

I hope (and I am guessing) that pmdg will include this feature!!!! I can't imagine that they haven't done it though. Not with that much attention to detail they are showing us !!! October 24, 201015 yr Can't you see the engines also, or do you have to lean out the window for that? Steve Jordan Aviation Structural Mechanic SH-60B/HH-60H/MH-60R/MH-60S USN FSX Hours: 3000 and counting
October 24, 201015 yr They did that on the JS41 you could see the wingtips and the props...Yeah I know! But the j41 is a much smaller airplane! You can almost see the wing and the engines when looking to the side because the wingroot is not that far from the cockpit The NG is a much bigger plane, and it is only the wingtips you can see from the cockpit. I have not seen any developer of any large A/C include it in any Addon yet.!Can't you see the engines also, or do you have to lean out the window for that?Yes you can see the engines from the VC in the j41. But in the NG you would have to stick your head out the window too see the engines from the flightdeck!! Anders Weber ATPL(A) Student EKBI - Billund, Denmark
October 24, 201015 yr LOL Anders. I meant on the 737. I have the J-41 and love it. I know I can see the engines/wing boots and all on the flight deck in that. For me that is the best way to detect the icing cause it visibly forms long before the light pops on to tell me "hey the wings are iced over." I just couldn't remember on the 737's if you could see the engine intakes from the flight deck or not. Answers my question though. Leaning out the window it is! :( Steve Jordan Aviation Structural Mechanic SH-60B/HH-60H/MH-60R/MH-60S USN FSX Hours: 3000 and counting

October 24, 201015 yr I didn't know that you could visually see the ice forming on the wings in FS, then again I don't know if I ever looked.I think PMDG pushed FSX a little here. I have only seen this on the J41 and no other aircraft - We do not need a new platform such as Microsoft Flight. We only need PMDG to push FSX beyond its limits Ps. Nice rig you have Dan, especially like your motherboard and cpu !!! Anders Weber ATPL(A) Student EKBI - Billund, Denmark
October 24, 201015 yr We do not need a new platform such as Microsoft Flight. We only need PMDG to push FSX beyond its limits Haha, I love that, so true, so true. I never noticed on the JS41 either, I need to fly it more though and this will be the 1st winter I've owned it so look forward to checking it out.PS. Thanks, I like this current rig better than any other I've built.I see you have the same, are you using any hacked bios's? I'm using 0001 :) i9 10920x @ 4.8 ~ MSI Creator x299 ~ 256 Gb 3600 G.Skill Trident Z Royal ~ EVGA RTX 3090ti ~ Sim drive = M.2 2-TB ~ OS drive = M.2 is 512-gb ~ 5 other Samsung Pro/Evo mix SSD's ~ EVGA 1600w ~ Win 10 Pro Dan Prunier
