Only brand new planes, out of the box, thats the way to go for me. But for how much?! 60million? 70million? or maybe a 100million?!?Any ideas?! I just want to be ready the day I get delivery of the 737NGX.....
Check the FSPassengers database... the prices are in there... :) (and they should be very similar to the real price. http://www.boeing.com/commercial/prices/

The REAL question is: how much a brand new 737NGX will cost!I am not really interesting in buying used aircrafts within FSPassengers where you don't know the previous owner and you don't know the service history. Also aircrafts with a lot of hours on the airframe a no go for my fine but virtual airline. Only brand new planes, out of the box, thats the way to go for me. Get out there a fly. You have plenty of time to fly the routes needed to make some serious cash. My FSPax has got over $400million in the bank, but a 737 should only cost about $60million bucks at the most. $100million and you are getting into 767 price range.

Ahm. Gotta say I wasn't aware of a load alleviation sys on the 37. I know the 'buses have such an LAF, but as far as Boeing goes it's news to me. If you have any additional info, docs or manuals or just explanations of the sys, please don't hesitate to post em here.Thanks.sig.gif
For the 700W its something like at 143,000 pounds, if the speedbrake is extended to the flight detent, at 320 knots the load relief will move the brakes to the 50% position.Jack C

Guys, how do you want people to keep using FS9 now ? Thinking.gifLOL.gifJust joking of course ....Looks like you'll sell us a wonderful christmas gift, thanks so much for that !Cheers,Emmanuel Faudais

Will we be able to see Tristan strapped to the wings when looking out in VC mode?

Hello Etienne,I think the load alleviation sys is an optional item on the aircraft with winglets on the 737 family, I looked for something more detailed in FCTM, QRH and FCOM optimized for Gol Airlines operations, but nothing very detailed. I found this references:On the FCTM, Climb, Cruise, Descent and Holding chapterPROTECTED BOEING OWNED IMAGE REMOVEDFCOM, Flight Controls - Controls and Indicator chapterPROTECTED BOEING OWNED IMAGE REMOVEDBut the basic of the sys is this:The purpose of this system is to eliminate high aerodynamic loads on the wings, caused by the speedbrake in flight detent and high speed. When this situation is detected by the system, the speedbrakes will have a decrease automatic performance of 50%, with the proper monitoring of the lever.Commanding the speedbrakes to "Flight detent";After the command, the system is feeling the overcharge, the spoilers are partially collected and the speedbrake level will go to position 50% (automatically);Keep the lever in the current position and reduce speed to 320 KIAS or less; After slowing down, if you want full use the speedbrake bring the lever to the flight detent.

In your explanation you have no mention of GW. Don't forget to mention that or else you will have people start reporting it as a bug!Jack C

Okay people, we don't need to quote RSR's entire post along with all the pics...
+1 You stole the words right out of my mouth

I had refreshed the last page, and wondered why it had put me back to page 1, until I realized what had happened.
