Looks wonderful! Everything in the VC is high resolution. Let's just hope she is out before the PMDG one...

Looks good, its still under development so what can one say. I think the PMDG J41 looks a lot better for a turbo prop.

This does look good, I keep forgetting that they are building this aircraft.

Perhaps but based off his legacy FS2002 product I'm guessing this thing will have a TON of systems programming, and I would guess is the main focus the of the project. The VC did look nice though from the link!

The LCD text could really use aliasing. Hopefully it's released sometime in the next 6 months. It's been in development as long as the Level-D 757

haha, the further you go out the worse it gets. Otherwise I'm very very excited about see this come to fruition. It really looks better in the cockpit than the Q300. :) I would like to have it to complete my collection. I hope so too that there is a release sometime soon next year (plus a paint kit. I have an ANA paint job to make.).

That looks sweet!I guess this is why PMDG isn't going to make the Q-400. They might but IDK.

That presents a tough question, get the PMDG or Majestic? ..or get both :( I think the PMDG might have more fit and finish because of their talent resources. I'm really curious to get my hands on the simulation side the majecstic seemed to have put into their Q300. Do they make the professional version of the Q300 for professional training and simulators?

As long as that VC is fully clickable and functional, and has the specific, advanced features of the Dash 8-Q400, I'll never wait in line for PMDG's model ever again. Of course, once the result comes out otherwise, I'll just wait with the freeware PAD Dash 8. Dave.

What I think:1) The PMDG will rule in the VC department: it will be stunning, like the J41 and the to-be-released-737. Probably a monument of design, and quite possibly with FPS lower than on the J41 if we can believe Robert's comments.2) The Majestic will rule in the systems department. Yes, you heard that right. I think the Majestic will be better than the PMDG systems-wise. Why? Consider that PMDG already said it will be of the same complexity as the J41, which means you get a very functional aircraft. That's great, but look at what the Majestic Q300 gave you: more than the J41 does. Systems-wise it's also of the same quality as PMDG aircraft, so I also don't think we needn't worry about is being unflyable and such.

Looks great, sure PMDG would be a little more refined but not by much.I'll be flying this for the next three years while I wait for PMDG. And by the way PMDG is releasing the 200 or 300 series, not the Q400.

Good to know this project is still alive.
