Yes now everything in the store is $5 AUD. I just purchased PC-9 F-16D Christen Eagle B.2 Vulcan DA-42 for a total OF $25 AUD without any problems. Yesterday I bought the DA-40 for $5AUD. Saturday I bought the T-6 Texan and BD-10 Micro from fspilotshop for 50% off, I should have waited but oh well because Iris gave us an awesome sale which allowed me to get all of their products that I've been wanting for a while at an unbeatable deal. Anybody know where the Paypal page is on the site?

It's not on the site. Go to their Facebook page for Paypal instructions.I ordered through Paypal a little bit ago, got my download links in my Iris account, downloaded one aircraft, but now can't access the storefront.

Just a short while ago I was able to purchase and download nine aircraft with ease from the site at about 5PM California time. Where is the Forum? I tried buying the A-10. I entered all my info and credit card info and pressed Continue. It sent me to a blank screen with no download info. Now when I logon I get a Prepayment screen with no download. It shows my order but nothing else. I sent two e-mails to David Brice with no answer. Regards, Bob.

As an update I have contacted David. Even though the site shows that I pre-ordered the A-10 he can find no record of it. I sent him screenshots of the order and the order confirmation screens. I have re-ordered it and removed the first order. I still did not ever get any screen showing a download button or any way to get it. I have used two different browsers with the same results. Their system sure is extremely BAD! I have NEVER had these ordering problems with any other FSim site. If I don't get any confirmation or download I will refuse any and all charges by VISA. I wonder if a general "their system is bad" has any basis if quite some guys just bought stuff there, Bob.But I understand a certain disappointment of course if you don't get your bought items in time.I suggest waiting for some more calm selling days as this 5 Dollar action will surely have increased customer numbers by a large margin. They are humans, just like us, so they come back at you when they can.

After entering and submitting your payment info you'll ge a screen saying if your something dosn't come up in 30 seconds click here, well after you get the screen after 30 seconds or less at the top of the page there should be a confirm now button click it and it will redirect you back to the iris store and you should have your download links immediately, at least it worked for me.

I still did not ever get any screen showing a download button or any way to get it.

I had a similar problem, for some reason my credit card transactions with Paymate would not complete. David kindly sent me instructions about how to use PayPal instead:Place an order on the store as normal, however when the paymate window opens for your credit card details, close the browser window and open up a new one for paypal. Make a paypal payment to [email protected] and be sure to mention the product you're after and your store details (name and date of birth) so that we can match your paypal order with your store order.Once that's done and payment has cleared, I'll authorise your store order for you and notify you by e-mail of your download.It IS a manual process not automated, so if I'm in bed asleep or away from the desk, you'll have to wait until I'm back before I can authorise the download.Hope this helps.

Glad to see my guess about a limit was right. ;) I managed to order and download the DA-40 just now. My previous order number was in the 'big cap range'. ;)

I had the emails explain what had happened and what they were doing to sort the issues out - top marks to them for good customer service. I'll have another go at purchasing later this morning.

When their ordering system is working properly, it can't be considered to be "bad". I purchased the Vulcan and F14 Tomcat yesterday at $5 each, entered my payment details, pressed the CONFIRM ORDER button, and instantly had access to two download links. Both files were downloaded quickly, and without any problems. Both aircraft are now installed on my PC.

The guy got the equivalent of a DOS attack today.. give him a break and just enjoy the new aircraft :)

Same here. Just ordered 2products.. I did not even get a payment screen for entering my credit card details.. just a confirmation at the end that says the order will be removed shortly. When I look at my account it shows the 2 products as prepayment.This is really weird.. No wonder it go's for $5
