Today I was after buying the Diamond Twin Star and the Vulcan, however when I go to pay I get this message from the paymate payment screen : "We cannot process this payment as it exceeds the monthly level set by your seller. Please contact the seller."Anyone else had this problem? I notice other people are buying several aircraft, so I presume you can buy more than one at the discount price. December 13, 201015 yr ok, i also had the same issue but when all was said and done i ended up paying for the same place twice. i can not find a link anywahere in Iris' web page to a forum or anyhting to see if i can get one credited back to me, not have i received my link for the download yet, it said 2-5 days. seems like if you pay for it now you should be able to download it now as well.can anyone help me out with finding a forum or customer service link?thanks, kyleEDIT: just found the forum.
December 13, 201015 yr I just got home from a hospital visit and tried to purchase a number of aircraft. No payment page would show. Being in Southern California it is 2:00 PM here and I realized that it stated the cutoff time was 9:00PM GMT. Guess what, that was 1:00 in the afternoon here so I guess I am out of luck because of where I live. I thought it was until 9:00 PM my time.. Shucks, and I thought I had bought eight aircraft and was a happy camper until now....:-(((

I tried buying the A-10. I entered all my info and credit card info and pressed Continue. It sent me to a blank screen with no download info. Now when I logon I get a Prepayment screen with no download. It shows my order but nothing else. I sent two e-mails to David Brice with no answer. Regards, Bob.

December 13, 201015 yr Where did you see you actually ordered it twice?Log in to your account at the Iris store, check under 'My Account', there's a section at the top of the page called 'Overview', or you could look in the 'My Orders' section. Hope that helps. I've had an email (I guess the same was sent out to everyone that's got outstanding orders) stating basically the same things as on the SIm Out House page, so fingers crossed it'll all get sorted out soon.Dave.
December 13, 201015 yr Well, I had a good experience early this morning from CST USA. I ordered 5 planes and had them all on my hard drive about 15 minutes later. All five had instant download links. A-10, B.2, DA42, F16, BD5. I have been playing with the panel and paints for the BD5J and just cruising around in the A-10. This A-10 is a quality product. Haven't loaded the others up yet. I bought all the others that I want during the last 4 days including some sound packs.I just got an email from David Brice and he says the sale will continue once they have caught up with all these orders that are bottled up, meanwhile the store is closed.Ray When Pigs Fly . I installed 2 products without needing a code, but did look for one beforehand..........mainly because the account screen looks like the one Aerosoft use!Having said that, although 2 were OK (that Vulcan is very nice), when I try and install the A-10 I get an error window appear that says "this file contains invalid data" :-( Cheers Paul Golding

(You also get a nice red banner telling you what happened!)If the payment is approved you are sent to a new page with a big 'Confirm Order' button which you MUST press! This button sends you back to our store and sends a code to our store telling it to alter the payment status from 'Prepayment' to 'Available to Download'.Sometimes, if the confirm order page times out, or customers accidentally close their browser, no code gets sent to our store to change your order status.In those instances, you will have paid for the goods, but our store shows 'prepayment' and no download links.As part of my daily routine, I double check our 'Prepayment' orders in the store against the paypal payment database to see if any orders need manually updating.. and more often than not, some do. :)So to clarify, when you make a paymate payment.. PLEASE ensure you click the big 'CONFIRM ORDER' button on paymate when you've processed your payment.Also, to put others minds at ease.. Prepayment DOES NOT mean that we will automatically deduct money or process your payment without your knowledge or consent.If you have orders in your account under the prepayment status using order numbers 1413 through to 2201, you will need to re-order the products should you wish to have them.Unfortunately those orders were placed whilst the paymate sales cap was in effect and as such will be deleted in due course as no payments were successfully transacted.I do hope this information sheds a little more light on the payment process and how this and many other stores deal with internet based transactions.Kind RegardsDavid Brice.
