March 30, 201115 yr Do the runway lengths, taxiways, terminal, etc etc match that of the curremt real life Midway? or is this just an FSX version. Ron Hamilton "95% is half the truth, but most of it is lies, but if you read half of what is written, you'll be okay." __ Honey Boo Boo's Mom
March 30, 201115 yr Author Moderator Do the runway lengths, taxiways, terminal, etc etc match that of the curremt real life Midway? or is this just an FSX version.I can't speak for FlyTampa nor have I purchased the scenery yet, but I can't see why they would release a version that isn't up to date with what is actually going on at that airport. They did metnion the following was updated from the original version.- Sections of the Terminal updated.- Parking Garages updated.- Updated jetways and apron clutter.- Updated night lighting. If you want to be sure about the runway lengths, taxiways, terminal, etc, you should probably ask them on their forum.Yes, its just an FSX version. If you owned the FS9 version you can buy the FSX version for $12. Although if you buy the FSX version for full price it also comes with the FS9 version as well. March 30, 201115 yr Wow. Talk about a quality piece of work. Simply stunning. I don't fly into Midway ever but with a rendition like that I might just have to!
March 30, 201115 yr I too have been away from FSX as of late but this will get me back at it again for sure. Downloading now! BTW to you guys that made the vids.... nice job on all of them, I especially liked the views with other aircraft on short final side by side... very cool!!!Jim Jim Wenham

I figured that wood working project you were undertaking has taken away from your sim time. Nice work by the way :-) Avsim Board of Directors | Avsim Forums Moderator
March 30, 201115 yr This is great news! I can remember Fly Tampa's MDW for FS9... it really got me HOOKED on their products. I don't buy airports anymore unless I fly into them several times a month, so I won't get this either, but I'm sure I'll be missing a nice little GEM.
