August 20, 201114 yr I'm sure the team is busy dealing with issues that affect people's ability to even use the product (ie activation issues). I'm sure a promo video can wait until customers can use their product! PMDG would have a paintkit internally without documentation and that's fine for that audience. For the rest of us, it needs to be tidied up, documented, packaged, tested, etc before public release. (BTW - I'd be worried if I jumped onto a real 737 and learned the captain had only 50 hours experience flying the jet. So go fly some more. :)) Matt Webb

August 20, 201114 yr I'm seriously growing tired of this. I really, really am. Chad, I understand your frustration. You feel obligated to get your virtual airline up to speed on the latest and greatest, and I think that it's great that you have such a commitment to your airline, as I can only imagine how committed you are to other things! It is, however, worth nothing that such complaints are trivial. PMDG just worked three years to give us the most advanced simulation ever known to the FS world. And the devs have a love for this stuff, as FSX truly is a "niche" market. Right now I believe PMDG's priority is fixing bugs with the plane. Such complaints make me slightly agitated as we aren't entitled to such features. They'll come in good time, I'm sure...but these comments have to stop. Even though we're on a forum, we still need to act like adults. PMDG is one of the few small market companies that knows how to handle PR; you should truly take advantage of this.
