Thanks a lot for the time you spend to keep us customers satisfied. PMDG products are in a class of their own. I know - I have most of the well known planes out there.

What sound issues?

I don't know if anyone else gets this but.... when I switch the view to Nearest Tower or XXXX tower the sound effects of the cabin will continue to play, even though the sounds that are in Locked Spot or Spot should be there instead.EDIT: This is NOT the "press Q twice to reset your sound" issue. sp1 installed all ok.My leveries is gone also ok.i tried to install them again but it keep saying it,s already installed?hmm strange,should i rename anything or?i would like to do it before f.c.barcelona are playing tonight,so if somebody can help please.

Hi Diego,This is not a bug but a limitation of FSX - there are only two sound environments in FSX - cockpit sounds and outside sounds. Our cabin sounds are therefore placed in the outside sound environment and due to this FSX limitation they will playback in any outside view scenario. There is nothing we can do about this - I hope they offer a seperate cabin sound environment in MS Flight.

Thanks Robert and the rest of PMDG, that's one impressive list of things you fixed/changed there, looking forward to try SP1 out!

Love the SP1 update, but I am having problems with the 2D view. I am pointing at the ground and when I pan up using Ctrl+Shift+Q it works until you pan to a side view then the forward 2D panel goes back to pointing at the ground. I use 2D panels more than a virtual. Any suggestions?

Oh and 1 more thing... scratch what I said before. I'm getting an average of 20 FPS now!!!!!! It seemed yesterday my computer wasn't cooperating, so I did a restart and BAM! I'm getting 15~20 FPS, 15 with FRAPS!!!! WOO HOO!!! Thanks PMDG! Actually, without weather and in the outside view (locked Spot), even higher!!! Like 40FPS!!! And this is without even changing settings on the Performance Manager program!!!!Look at my FPS!And here's a little video I made: http://youtu.be/cMR8oa51Vug

Thanks for all your work. took a couple of reloads (I saw the comments about old setups ) but seems fine now. 600/700 are nice too.cheers BrianH

PMDG: Thank you! My laptop can now run the VC in 30fps. Before SP1 (and the performance manager) it was under 15fps.Václav Janča(i7 1.73GHz Asus laptop)
