Hi FSX'ers!I just wanted to say that in this age of variable levels and qualities of customer care I always find Just Flight refreshingly focussed on their customers, especially when issues occur.Today I purchased the Just Flight 737-200 only to find it not at all for me.........I live on a small income and can only budget for 1 addon per month, so making a bad choice as I did in this case, is a big deal for me.I emailed Just Flight and asked if I could exchange my 737 license for a license for their DC-6B (which I have tried the demo of and enjoyed), and that I was not bothered about the price difference.Within an hour, I received a very polite and friendly email, with a download link to the DC-6B, confirmation of the licence transfer, and the difference in cost for those 2 products has been placed as a credit onto my account. All done promptly, without fuss, without an attitude. JF really think long term about their customers, not just the immediacy of the current sale, and that's why, like Flight 1, they're still around after so many years, in such a competitive, niche market.Cheers.

Yes, try to get a refund or exchange over at the Flight Microsoft shop... That is why I am staying with FSX and it's Dev's.

Only today have I received a no nonsense response to a refund request for the Uiver DC2. A positive result and as a consequence I have now gone back to Flight1 and purchased the B2 Islander. In fact, I'm downloading it as I type :(

I've got the piston version, but I wanted something which was a bit quicker in my hanger. The Islander with a top AS of 145knt, didn't do it for me. However, I will definitely get the aircraft because, as you have confirmed, it is a great plane.

Wise choice my friend; I only have the Piston Duke, but what a beauty; one of those addons that excels in pretty much every area. And I hear the Turbine is even better :( ... on my list too!

Always good to hear the positive feedback shared - too often folks are quick to post something negative, justified or not. I especially like seeing the positives, it helps me when making purchasing decisions - I have not as of yet purchased from Just Flight, at least I don't think, and should the need or deisre arise I certainly wouldn't hesitate.Thanks for sharing the good experience!

I recently bought addon from somewhere else (flightsimstore), and it didn't work well on my system. Same day I asked for an exchange with something else, even agreed to lose half of paid amount. Result is DIDN'T EVEN GET AN ANSWER...It is good for Justflight, they care about customers. I can also afford one addon per month, and spent this month with an addon which I will never use. Thanks to flightsimstore for not even answering their loyal customers. I would never buy them again, but unfortunately its the only shop you can buy Orbx downloadable products.
