March 21, 201214 yr I won't be able to make it, since I'm on standby satruday... Too bad, the upside is I just might be spending my day in one of our NG's. Name available upon request
March 22, 201214 yr currently on holiday in Malaysia, and wont be back for another week, so will not be able to attend, so hoping they will post a video or the presentation materials on here afterwards. :) Regards,Alan Norris Live Video Stream : http://www.twitch.tv/aystertv
March 22, 201214 yr It would be interesting to see if PMDG can simulate the landing gear cameras. It's an essential feature especially on the -300s.

March 23, 201214 yr I tih I think all this would do is just cause more FPS drop. Have you tried running another window inside FSX? It decreases frames.I think PMDG may be able to use dummy pre-rendered videos to simulate the camera. IIRC there are more cameras accessible from the EFB, such as the cockpit door security camera.
March 24, 201214 yr Wasn't another AddOn publisher able to build in a working targeting pod in a FSX fighter jet? The gear cam theoretically would be the same, wouldn't it? John Rubens
March 24, 201214 yr Whatever happens in Munich, stays in Munich.. :( hope not...+1 for the nose gear cam. The GTX680 is out so we should be alright on the FPS side. :( Regards, Martin Martinov / VATSIM 1207931
March 24, 201214 yr Won't matter, FSX is not GPU intensive so you won't even know the difference between a GTX570 and twin GTx680's, trust me. Name available upon request

If PMDG licensed the know-how, I believe they could offer some interesting stuff, tail and nosegear cameras for the 777, but also enhanced vision system for the BBJ... Would be sweet! --Peter Fabian
March 24, 201214 yr Prepare 3D theoretically features such things accordingly to their website. John Rubens

It's a neat feature and the pilots use it every time. Regards, Martin Martinov / VATSIM 1207931
