April 2, 201214 yr What I want to know is how did they fit that Shorts into their front room! Looks like its parked up in someones lounge! Anthony Milner
April 2, 201214 yr Oh what I would give to have a cockpit in my living room. Robert Schumacher My PC: EVGA GTX 1080 FTW, i7 6700k OC'd to 4.6, ASUS Rog Maximus VIII Hero Mobo, 16GB DDR4 3200 RAM, 2 Intel 750 Series SSDs, Creative Sound Blaster Z.
April 2, 201214 yr Author Bingo, thanks Yngve! It was Dai Griffiths. I didn't know he had put this online. Pity I no longer have my copy of FS98! I remember the panels of Tony Valillo or Vanillo or something also. He made some 777 panels that I was drooling over at a very young age, but he charged money for them as shareware, so I couldnt use them since I had no way of paying it.. Funny to think about how it was then compared to now. The metro is an awesome one as well. Im fascinated by its thin landing gear and airframe. It always looks like theyre gonna break everytime they land. The Sf340 or 2000 would have been awesome too, and in the end im just in for it no matter what propeller-driven aircraft theyll give us:-) (But man oh man id love to see those Shorts be made PMDG style) Yngve GiljebrekkeENZV NSB
April 2, 201214 yr I really wish we had a "like" option on the forums here. haha Robert Schumacher My PC: EVGA GTX 1080 FTW, i7 6700k OC'd to 4.6, ASUS Rog Maximus VIII Hero Mobo, 16GB DDR4 3200 RAM, 2 Intel 750 Series SSDs, Creative Sound Blaster Z.
April 2, 201214 yr Author Dornier 328 must be done ASAP! I have to admit I would like to see the 228 before the 328. They`re so different from another that its kinda funny. Oh what I would give to have a cockpit in my living room. The first time I saw the price of a jet max cockpit it broke my dreams. There is no way im gonna have time to build it myself, ever (married, kids, house and car, family and friends and job.. everything needs to be taken care of!) I could go for some hardware, but having like one MCP or FMC stand on my desk as the only hardware would be too strange for my taste. Yngve GiljebrekkeENZV NSB

April 3, 201214 yr Commercial Member Shorts 360 is "fun" alright - especially in icing!! Best regards, Robin.
April 3, 201214 yr I have always like the Shorts 360 and Metroliner. However being in South Florida as a kid I always like the Beech 1900D with Gulfstream Airlines. Of course I know PMDG made one, would be great if they made a new one for FSX. Steven Herzberg, "I rather be flying"
April 3, 201214 yr Does anybody else remember Sublogic ATP? That had a Shorts 360 in it. Kevin M. Manley
April 4, 201214 yr Shorts 360 was the first commercial flying job my father had when he started his airline career. Weird looking plane haha. lol yeah...thats why I coined it a Small Ugly Fat F##er :) but hey, as long as it gets you from point A to point B. But I"ll be honest...if PMDG produced it...I'd probably buy it! lol (as long as it has an FMC!). J Thomas YBBN
