April 3, 201214 yr Of course I do not want to buy one more of these programs, when PMDG announced integrated EFB. Lj. Prodanovic
April 3, 201214 yr What I hope they do is to integrate the take-off calculator that interfaces with the data in the FMC - airport, runway, temps, v speeds etc... Not so bothered about the reading of the charts Tim Mitchell FSLabs Beta Tester / Support
April 4, 201214 yr Maybe they can make an EFB app for the Ipad and Android tablets with the Boeing GUI and charge a few bucks as a stand alone product if there are frames and other resource issues within FSX. That way we can have an actual hard product that looks like a Boeing EFB dedicated to the PMDG 777. This can even be extended to the 737. A tie up with Navigraph and Topcat would be fantastic. Just my 2 cents worth, Dinshaw Parakh
April 4, 201214 yr ... besides that, there are people without those apple products and who only have a laptop where its quite a desaster to switch back to windows to read some pdf documents. also because that crashes the flightsim from time to time.. You can display charts in the sim using PDFKneeboard. Its a freeware addon Johan Pettersen
April 4, 201214 yr Do you guys know if one can get an EFB for an iPad? Think I saw it once mentioned in here, but I can't find it.. :-) thanks on advance! Best regards Jakob 737 CL/NG skysurfer
April 4, 201214 yr Sort of in the same vein, I don't want to request anything, but it would be cool if the FMC could be integrated with Hoppie's ACARS. The license itself for the ACARS means you could modify it however you want. Maybe add it as an option during installation? An EFB... I use Navigraph nDac on my second monitor. Works fine ;). But I can understand where you're coming from. Regards, Frank Frank Grivel Intel i5-2500K CPU, 8GB DDR3-1600 RAM (9-9-9-23), 1TB HDD, Nvidia 560Ti GTX, 700W PSU

April 9, 201214 yr FSKneeboard I think. Hi :-) Thanks, it's just that I have the navigraph for computer, and want navigraph for the iPad. But they do not have that yet. And the company I fly for in rw they have only a couple of trial keys for a program they use. But they do not have any keys left. :-( 737 CL/NG skysurfer
April 16, 201214 yr Of course I do not want to buy one more of these programs, when PMDG announced integrated EFB. At least if you got the efb you can use it for all your aircraft that you got not only for the 777 I7-8700k,Corsair h1101 cooler ,Asus Strix Gaming Intel Z370 S11 motherboard, Corsair 32gb ramDD4,, gtx 1080ti Card, RM850 power supply Peter kelberg
April 16, 201214 yr Yes you can get an "EFB" for the iPad the iPad has actually been certified as an EFB, Lufthansa Systems, Jeppesen and Navtech (real world Navigraph) all make products for it.
April 17, 201214 yr I think the best way is to let the EFB to depart from the VC of PMDG777 for ensuring the best frame rate that PMDG777 could have. Yu Xiong
April 19, 201214 yr I have news that this iEFB will make it onto the App store sometime in the future! I'm not sure on the specific details of the app and whether it works from FSX or through any other software, but it sure does look good! Ben Thomson
April 21, 201214 yr I have news that this iEFB will make it onto the App store sometime in the future! I'm not sure on the specific details of the app and whether it works from FSX or through any other software, but it sure does look good! There's some familiar callsigns.
