1 and 2: We aren't going to get into modelling crew interactions, sorry - that's much much better handled by other apps like FS2Crew. Perhaps we could allow FS2Crew to trigger that particular EICAS message or something, I'll ask.

Hi Ryan, thanks for the reply.

I understand what you are saying with crew interactions and I don't really want to drag it up again, however, I'm not asking for all crew/flight crew interactions to be modelled. The 'CABIN SECURE' is obviously a major pre take-off / pre landing requirement and therefore is written into most airline checklists. And the beauty with modelling it on the 777 and 744 V2 is that you don't have to mess around getting all fancy recording voices or conversations for it. All that's required is an EICAS message to appear at an appropriate time, for example 3 mins after the 'Before takeoff/approach checklist' has been completed. Not only that, but you have gone to the effort before on previous products to record and fully model a complete tug/flight crew pushback sound set, which is surely more time consuming and complex.

I really do think that this simple addition to the coding will add yet another level of realism not yet seen with other PMDG products at no extra cost to you, the developers.

Once again, thanks for taking the time to reply and I hope you and the guys will re-consider.

Just been thinking ... Like on the NGX where in the VC you can look over the nose and see it for a great approach view will we be able to do the same Ryan with the 777 ... Will the actuall nose be modelled aswell thank you

Regards Steve

If you can see the nose from the flight deck in the real thing I'm sure they would model it.
