Hmmm... usually the grey ones are legacy products... but yeah there are two there for sure

I saw that too. Definitely not legacy products, smply ones that are unavailable - no link to click on. Only Montreal has the flashing ring around it, though. Might me another surprise, like Dubai.

So that makes two version of CYYZ; OryXsim and FlyTampa.

If so this has been the best kept secret in the flight sim world.

Even Dubai had adverts at J&R for mega airport Dubai. Although I did see in s German magazine adverts for Mega Airport Toronto (could be the Oryx sim version but his stuff is not near as nice as FT).

Hopefully it's the island airport (CYTZ), which is Porter Airlines home base!! Toronto - Montreal in the Porter q400 from majestic would be...uh, Majestic!

It would be hard to get on the ramp there.

Honestly, I would really hope for CYYZ. So far there is nothing for the airport, and it is a very big airport. It would, unfortunately for them, blow OryxSim out of the water, but it would be an awesome airport. It is a real global airport, and the release would time perfectly with CYVR. In a quote from George on the 5th of January (2013), he said (http://www.flytampa.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=6012&sid=27ce38e6100ac9f6ae80de4e26f2c3a5) " the bigger airports pay my rent, so I have to stick to those rather than what I'd like". Unfortunately I can't really see them doing CYTZ, unless it was included in a Toronto package, as was Dubai Skydive in Dubai Rebooted. Just my opinion.

For the record DiFrancos FS9 version does work in FSX with no ill side effects besides being an older airport from FS9. It sure beats the default and it is free.

BTW I do not see the airports on the map like the above photo.

Maybe it's a glitch?

Either way a FT YYZ (or with a 1000000 to 1 chance of a YTZ) Would be great. I'd feel a little bad for Orxysim as their scenery looks awesome.

Maybe like said above YTZ is included in the YUL scenery. There's lots of operations between the two.

Yeah it shows on my desktop for some reason. On my SIII it does not...

Hmmmm, recall too that Porter does KMDW/KBOS routes too.....makes one go hmmmm even more....it certainly would tie together some of their other packages....

I personally tried to get on the ramp this summer to get shots for another developer. After weeks of back and forth with the Port Authority I was told to try again in a year once I was put in touch with the airport manager.

They had no desire to see it in FSX I guess

Now we would need a good Q400 if this turns out to be true...

Don't forget about KBOS...

I must stop. I'm getting too excited about something that might not even be

Yeah, added that after the fact ;)

Wishful thinking but heck, who knows.

Port authority here at CYTZ expressed no interest in letting anyone in to take shots for flight simulator scenery. And made no mention of anyone else asking/doing it.
