Lost my canopy, lost my wingman, lost most of my systems....but somehow still flying...Some comfort in knowing that 3 F16s paid the price for this...

Which add-on aircraft is that from. Fab looking. Great shots.

Awesome, BrzI ! Takes me back to your old missile defense videos for Flanker 2.  I assume that these shots are from Flaming Cliffs 3, which I will be buying as soon as it's out of beta....

Yes, it is Flaming Cliffs 3. It has come a long way from it's original release. You are probably wise in waiting for it to come out of beta as missile behaviour changes often from build to build.

The A10 and F15 have more advanced models and flight modelling but I am a diehard Russian virtual flyerboy. Still love my Flanker no matter what. Can't wait for the Su27SM. This will give the F15E a good run for it's money.

Yes, ammunition can be expensive.

Superlative images.  I can't wait to take the time to dive into DCS a little (lot) deeper.

Unbelievable detail.  These shots show how FSX is starting to show it's age.

I departed fsx for 3 months solid whilst learning the warthog systems and became preficant in launching all weapons and that alone was a huge buzz.

DCS a 64 bit platform so fantastic FPS in a high end system and very very stable. The major drawback was the limited amount of scenery all ways fyling the same "zone"

Its very cheap, no add on scenery woohooo..

Maybe I'll depart FSX for a while for DCS, as well.  At least untill a certain B777 hits the shelves. I'm hoping I have enough room left on the fast part of my computer.  I might be adding another SSD.

Be very very careful because you will get hooked and may never come back! The warthog was so immersive that FSX and droning along in a tube becomes very unappealing. The only reason I came back is because of my high "ping" reading causing me to get continually evicted from multi player. Joing a squadron also became difficult with the time zones in Oz and quite frankly the good ones rarley hire and there are waiting lists..

nice shots, great looking plane too, thank you
