Milviz 737-200 Pre-Order

Featured Replies

I have also pre-ordered it. It looks really nice.

One question: Will you make the paintkit available before the release?

Looking forward to fly it.

Captjames.. .this is a pre-order. Not a beta release/purchase thing...  The process is... you wait (patiently) till we're ready (which should be soonish) and then, you will be sent a link (before it's released to the general public)...

We will release the PK before along with the FMS manual and the planes manuals.  We're writing those now.

Please contact oisin at milviz dot com for forum registration information.  Please provide proof of purchase if you want support.  Also, include the username you wish to have.

That's great thanks for clearing that up. I'm anxious to have this amazing machine. Bit it wasn until after I paid that I realised I didn't know exactly what process would follow!

So all correspondence will be via email?

We must live in Canada (have a Province .. to enter) or have a PayPal account?

Cannot just use a (USA banks VISA e.g.) credit card?

The FMS is pretty much fully simulated but not yet integrated into the VC hence the reason we don't show it being used.

However, and I stress this AGAIN... due to the "simplicity" of the systems in this plane vis a vis what the FMS can actually do, many of the systems in the FMS are, essentially, useless.

Just saying.  However, these functions will ALL be working in the 350 and the 350i.

I was only wondering whether it would have VNAV and LNAV implemented, i don't really know about the retrofitted FMS on the 732s. Anyway i preordered and i will know soon enough :)

I too am one of the lucky ones....bought it last night soon as the market opened. If it is as good as the Cessna 310 and Beech B55/E55 it will convert me to a "big birds" flier. Hope to see it soon but happy to wait until MilViz says it's ready.

Neal,

I thought it had to be purchased from Milviz directly.

I did not find it on SimMarket just now?

Edit ... sorry, now I see you said Market ... my error.

Jonathan,

I do not have a PayPal account.

Will Aerosoft's NavdataPro also be supported?

Best Regards,

You can use a credit card.  Aerosoft's Navdata pro will more than likely NOT be supported in this version.  We will consider it for the KA 350 series.

Please contact oisin at milviz dot com for forum registration information.  Please provide proof of purchase if you want support.  Also, include the username you wish to have.

To order on your site requires Canadian codes. E.g. I do not live in Alberta.

sorry but you're not doing it properly.  Most of the people who have purchased are not Canadian and they have managed to do it.  You need to change your country FIRST...

Just Pre-Ordered.  I've been waiting for this one.

We are getting some really good releases now

You are correct ......... that would no doubt make it workable.

I will go back and click all the buttons again.

Follow up questions:

"-RXP integration (430 and 530) (note: we do NOT provide support) (THIS IS A MAYBE!)"

Does this mean maybe neither will be supported.
Or, we will be able to integrate it (like Milviz B55) but you do not support it just like B55?

"Aerosoft's Navdata pro will more than likely NOT be supported in this version.

By KA350 you mean a twin prop, correct ...?

I am only interested here with the 737-200 ...

I cannot use Navigraph because it is not fully supporting RNP navigation (like radius turns ... i don't know the programmers way of saying this example only etc) that I need for other payware iFly737 with FMC.

Also, on Navdata:

Possibly the Navigraph Navdata you will use will be a "standard" type that is currently used by other developers. No a unique Navdata made just for Milviz.

If that is the case then possibly an existing Aerosoft Navdata would work in Milviz 737-200?

Now after all I chose to pre-order as the price is so low, looking forward to its release.

In terms of RXP, it means maybe it will be included and maybe not.  We have not yet decided.  (that's why it's a maybe). That said, we will never, ever provide support for another dev's product.  Not ever.

The FMS (again) will NOT support a vast majority of things in THIS plane because of the simplicity of the AP and it's related functions.  The plane is originally designed to do VOR and not much else and the Sperry 177 isn't much better to be honest.

The FMS will use the same type of navigraph data as the ESDG CJ series does.  So whatever works there...

The KA350/350i is a twin turboprop, yes.
