July 24, 201312 yr So I just dropped $60 on the new Flight1 Beechcraft Super King Air B200 At first, it seemed WAY to steep to buy. Way too expensive. However, I am now taking this back. This is probably The most detailed yet the most extensive rendition of a large turbojet aircraft. This may even surpass the Q400. It surpasses any Carenado plane It is SO much more amazing than in the screenshots. I've been flying with it for about 5 hours and I can't stop. Seriously, it's amazing. Great on Frames too. I'm getting 50+ Fps in the cockpit. (Default airport) My system is: i5-2500K @4.2 Ghz 8 GB of RAM GTX 560 TI Windows 7-X64 It's a real joy. Totally worth $60.
July 24, 201312 yr Commercial Member This may even surpass the Q400. While I am indeed a big fan of the new B200, I'm not sure it surpasses the Q400. But it does come pretty darn close! ^_^ There's definitely room in my hangar for both. Jim Stewart Milviz Person.
July 24, 201312 yr It is amazing and I love it also, but I don't really think that it surpasses the Q400. Majestic held nothing back with the Q400, while Flight 1 has admitted that functions of the G1000 were not included on the Super King B200 because they also sell a student version of the G1000 for a lot more money, and didn't want to make this one equal to it. July 24, 201312 yr I much rather prefer the q400. I returned the b200 due to bad fps. It was a stuttering mess on my system. 2500k at 4.6 and a gtx670. Matt Wilson
July 24, 201312 yr It's worth every penny in IMHO just for the fact it works with my Saitek control panel & Saitek Multi panel perfectly without the need to alter anything. One very happy chap here....

July 24, 201312 yr Have you guys had issues with blank MFDs? I have windows 7 64 and have done everything I can think of. It doesn't even try to install the nav data anymore. Any ideas gents? Rick D http://g5flyer.tumblr.com/
July 24, 201312 yr Yeah, I got it to! started download I think like 3 minutes ago... I've got ETA of about 5 minutes I think! - - Tommy - -

Sounds like a license issue. Check your Flight1 Software folder in your Program Files, and make sure that the B200 has it's own ".lic" file in the folder
July 24, 201312 yr I do have it on my bedroom computer and tried to install it on my living room computer. Initially I it was only on my room computer and it had the same issue. I think its the blasted permissions thing. I wish I could totally remove permissions from my computer period!!!! disabling UAC doesn't work. Rick D http://g5flyer.tumblr.com/
July 24, 201312 yr Your problem not the addon's. Whats your point? Besides posting a pointless response. Matt Wilson
July 24, 201312 yr Whats your point? Besides posting a pointless response. While I admit that the poster's response was overly terse, I believe the point is that many of us with specs lower than yours can run the Flight1 King Air without any stutters. Wayne KlocknerUnited Virtual

Not sure if you responded in their forums but did you try this initial setup: After downloading red icon wrapper extract the installer but DO NOT run the executable. Restart your PC, do not run FSX prior to installing this plane Find the exe yourself and RIGHT click run as admin. Let it run and don't touch anything. It should work after this procedure. Be sure no AV running either. While I admit that the poster's response was overly terse, I believe the point is that many of us with specs lower than yours can run the Flight1 King Air without any stutters. It will stutter on mine it just depends on the scenery in use. You can't expect ultra smooth with tons of payware addons and airports. | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |
July 24, 201312 yr This is a great plane, this is best (together with Flight1 Mustang) G1000 on the market, awesome! I own Cessna Citation Mustang, it's a good plane, maybe a bit heavy on frames, so I'm glad to hear you are happy with it on fps. I would buy it, instead of purchase 777 pmdg, because I already own NGX and MD11 for short, medium and long haul. Do you reccomend it?
