September 4, 201312 yr It will be if they release a paintkit, the lack of a proper paintkit for the B60 has meant that while I prefer it over the turbine, there just isn't enough choice for me to fly it often (although the annoying clickspots was always a major issue as well). The low-res unofficial paintkit that's out there (and hard to find, because it's no longer present on the site it was released on), helps with a couple, but it really has limited what repainters could/would do. The click spots you find annoying are for the vast majority very useful and in fact essential for thousands of other customers. We will be offering a clickspot option with the B60 update for track IR and EZDOK users. There are many available alternative liveries currently which were done without any problems and without a paintkit, but we will I expect work on a kit sometime after the update release. September 4, 201312 yr Would be handy to have a dead spot around some switches, like the light switches, that way if you just miss the switch, which is easy to do, the view doesn't jump. Just a suggestion. Otherwise the click spots work great. -Iain Watson-
September 5, 201312 yr Well, on second thoughts, it looks like I'll have to wait for the RealAir version. Durring my summer hiatus from computers and flight simming it seems I forgot the torrent of problems one faces trying to run this simulator. As good as it looks, it seems that my Saitek cockpit isn't supported. To me that is a deal breaker and I'll just have to wait and see if the same will be with the RealAir version. So for now, I'll just stick with the default 172. This winter I'm going the simple route. FSX, ORBX scenery and aircraft compatible with my Saitek cockpit. I'm done tweaking! I can understand why A2A can't model with particular hadrware in mind, so this is in no way a bashing of their highly desirable product. Simmerhead - Making the virtual skies unsafe since 1987!
September 5, 201312 yr Commercial Member The basic Saitek equipment can be used by default the advanced stuff such as switch panels can be used with the C172 using the (Saitek endorsed) SPAD software for enhanced and advanced programming of the hardware. http://a2asimulations.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=108&t=35754 Lewis - A2A Simulations
September 5, 201312 yr All the saitek Equipment Works great for me, have most of the panels. Just follow the guide at the A2A forum and use the SPAD drivers and your set. Not getting this plane you are missing out the best GA addon ever made for FSX B)

Not getting this plane you are missing out the best GA addon ever made for FSX B) I have the Saitek Yoke, Throttle Quadrant and Cessna Trim Wheel. I hope they integrate easily as I'm reluctant to start messing with more drivers. I have trouble enough with them routinely disconnecting from FSUIPC. Anthony O'Brien
September 5, 201312 yr I have the Saitek Yoke, Throttle Quadrant and Cessna Trim Wheel. I hope they integrate easily as I'm reluctant to start messing with more drivers. It's only with Saitek panels you need the SPAD drivers(they are much better than the saitek drivers anyway so it's a must have). The yoke, throttle quadrant and trim wheel would work right out of the Box B) Just hit the buy button, you won't regret  I have trouble enough with them routinely disconnecting from FSUIPC. Are you using Windows 8?
September 5, 201312 yr Are you using Windows 8? Nope, Windows 7 64bit. BUT, my FSX installation is incredibly bloated now after two yrs of add-ons etc. I'm considering complete re-installation but "only" with the add-ons I use on a regular basis. I dread the thoughts of actually doing it though. Anthony O'Brien
