How did you get such dark ground at night and that glow from the taxiway lights?

If I recognise the airport correctly, it looks like FlightBeams reindition of Dulles (IAD).

 

They have made their own 3D models of taxiway lights and therefore are able to custom design the radiation/glow of the light onto their 3D ground polygon.

 

The darkness is also thanks to the tonne of custom stuff they are using in their scenery (although my FSX is globally dark which is quite annoying when taking photos where its almost impossible to see the aircraft).
