August 31, 201312 yr 20 Full Time employees ?? I had no idea.. I would be interested in hearing more about what each employee does for PMDG.. Although, I would understand if PMDG did not want that information to be public.. Like the WSJ, I would also like to know how many copies of PMDG aircraft have been sold.. Well, I own 5 different PMDG aircraft all by myself.. (First 737, 747 for FS9 and 747 for FSX, MD 11, B1900) Lets do some math.. There are at least 4000 flight sim nuts (guess) in this forum everyday.. If everyone of them owns 5 copies of PMDG aircraft at an average of 50 bucks a pop.. That would equal 1 million dollars.. Nice !!! Eric Lilly
August 31, 201312 yr I was under the impression it was a 3 man show and why are PMDG not jumping all over this?? surely you couldn't get better exposure than this? ZORAN
August 31, 201312 yr '' many received emails offering money for a copy of the yet-to-be-released software.'' What!? Asking beta testers for a copy. Hahaha, whaow some pathetic folks are walking around here!
August 31, 201312 yr I hope this boosts the enthusiasm in people wanting to start flight simulation and increase customer numbers for PMDG. No one could deserve this sort of recognition other than the one and only PMDG.

Nice !!! For many years, there were bios of PMDG employees in the "About PMDG" section of their website. Unfortunately they are no longer there. It was interesting to see their backgrounds and locations. Andrew Jones Andrew Jones

Nice !!! Divide 1 million by 20 people, gives $50,000, now divide that by the number of years that PMDG has existed. That would equal only $10,000 per team member per year. Not so nice at all in other words . The logical conclusion (given that PMDG is not bankrupt) is that your estimate for the number of sales is way, way off. John-Alan Pascoe

But I did not mean to estimate the number of sales.. Just throwing some numbers out there.. I'm sure they have sold many, many more copies than the 4000 I used as an example.. Eric Lilly
September 1, 201312 yr LOL, the article called our community a cult... Seems rather apt to me. Some of the crap I've read on this forum in the last week makes me cringe.
