August 31, 201312 yr If you think about it, I'm sure the audience that the WSJ attracts would be a great place to find new members who could pick up on the hobby easily. They tend to be very smart, probably travel a lot and have extensive knowledge of the airliners above and beyond the layman. Who's to say that PMDG would not acquire more sales from this article. The quality of PMDG's offerings also deserves more attention from the real world pilots and airlines, they stand to benefit greatly from having an affordable, easily assessable method of learning about the Boeing products. I hope the airliner training departments are paying attention to this release, the practice new crews can get from checking out the PMDG birds on their laptops/desktops is easily transferable to their experience on expensive full motion sims or line training on the real thing.
