September 7, 201312 yr Here's a few things. Check for any D3D9.dll files in the FSX folder and delete. Do you use Inspector? Verify in the FSX config that Vsync is disabled (ForceFullScreenVSync=0) and if you use it check in Nvidia Inspector that Vsync is off. Do you also use a multi monitor setup by any chance? September 7, 201312 yr Yeah sorry guys for the poor info. My specs are as follows Sandybridge i7 @ 4.8 Ghz A 580 GTX @ 3 GB of GDDR5 Memory 2 Terrabytes of disk space running seperatly from the windows disk. 16 Gb of memory And VeryBumpy i was running the NGX at about 25-30 FPS flawless. Kind regards your comp is alot more powerful than mine and im getting 30fps [Limiter] all day long with every addon you could think of plus Opus weather going there's gotta be something choking your system because you should be able to run this plane at 100fps according to your comp specs John C
September 7, 201312 yr He is a link that can help you tweak #####.wordpress.com/fsx-software-and-hardware-guide/ as mentioned before, PMDG manual does go through some tweaks as well.

Kind regards Have you tried running full screen? When your getting this sort of loss in my experience it is almost always something interfering with the sim. Try switching to another aircraft without restarting FSX or ending the flight, is it the same? If nothing changes then I think something is messing up your FSX, if it goes back to 30FPS+ then I would ticket PMDG and see if they can go into a bit more detail about what part of the PMDG is draining your FPS. I tried that now but no joy i even tried to switch to another aircraft but since it a new install i only had default aircrafts but they where up in the 20.s or so fps and as soon as i loaded the T7 it dropped to 3 fps i spent alot of money since everybody said that it was better on the frames then the NGX and i didnt have any issues with that until i installed the T7. I realy hope someone can help me out since ive been trhough all these tweaks and Nvidia inspector and the T7 tweaks themself but no joy. Kind regards Mattias Nordgren PRO-ATCX BETA TEAM
September 7, 201312 yr There has to be something else (scenery... etc.) that is causing this. It could also be too high of FSX settings.
September 7, 201312 yr I got on every flight OOM makes me serious angry i never had before i stick by NGX and airbus im done with this plane. Stephan System rig: i7 3960x 4.4 GHz (overclock stable) Revision C2. RAM: 32GB DDR3 Corsair Vengeance Motherbord: Asus P9X79 Pro. GPU: ATI 4870 X2 wil be retire soon. 2x1TB HDD.
September 7, 201312 yr Painman, I have almost the same exact setup as you, except I have only 8gb ram and a GeForce 670 with 4gb ram, and I run my CPU at 5.0ghz. Have you tried using NickN's PC setup guide? With sliders at midway, and a stock 4.5 LOD you should definitely be able to run the 777 smoothly at stock airports. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post the link to NickN's FSX bible without getting banned, so just google it. It's written so clear a child could follow it. Give that a try. What I've found is slightly worse performance over my NGX with the mouse cursor off screen, and quite a bit worse compared to the NGX when the mouse cursor is on the screen, but I run all my performance sliders maxed to the right except water which is set at Low 2x, and I run an LOD of 6.5. September 7, 201312 yr Gents- I run a 2600K at 4.8 8 Gigs RAM and a GTX570- not nearly as great as the OP. The 777 performs about 20% better than the NGX. The point being, before you give up, PLEASE READ UP, examine your setup or work with a friend that knows what they are doing. She's worth figuring out FSX for Best- Carl Avari-Cooper
