Yep, played it last night with a few mates on a 50" LED , the game is absouletly amazing as expected but the shimmering is like using FS with AA turned off, quite disappointing... No graphics options!

 

Thus why you must wait for the PC version...hate console gaming. It has ruined games more than piracy imo.

Absouletly no need to wait for the PC version, the game is brilliant on the PS3. Regarding consoles, I can pick up a PS3 game head over to a friends house, load it up no hassle or configuration and we can all relax on the couch instead of sat around a computer. I have no idea why you hate consoles so much and really don't even wanna know, each to their own.

Sounds like in San Andreas where the guy had to train things. E.g. eating burgers.

Meh prefer keyboard and mouse for gta games. And maybe I should have been more clear about console gaming. It's somewhat bothersome that most games released on PC are poorly optimized ports of the console variant. Well regardless, I bought GTA4 when it came out and will be doing the same with 5, and hopefully sooner than later.

There is some frame rate slow down when driving around.

 

I went to the desert airport to try and get a plane, but couldn't find one. 

Even at the game's max resolution of 720p it can look very beautiful at times. But there is no doubt it'll be a LOT better when/if the PC version comes out.

720p looks sufficient for most games even for fsx, just the expectations rise as time goes on in terms of eye candy.

Waiting for the PC version which I'll definitely pick up. Not for the gameplay or story or multiplayer.. For me it's just a giant sandbox where you can do stupid stuff in a vast, immersive world. It will be even more fun when the ridiculous mods start coming out.

Is the petition asking for it to be released around early 2014, or was it stated somewhere that it's coming to the PC then for sure? I have yet to see an official statement regarding this. All information regarding a PC port has been rumors so far to my knowledge.
