Omg my brain...my literacy is going out the window...

Fly Sim is a global interest, it doesn't matter if you spell something wrong or typo error as long as we can understand.  English is my second language.

Best Regards,

Actually, it was not invented in England. If anything then UK!

But it was not UK either.

It was invented in the Netherlands.

The Netherlands is in between the UK and Germany and both countries used to speak DUTCH.

Over time they just developed their own dialects/Language out of DUTCH which is why so many words are stil similar in all three languages.

Like Beer - Bier - Bier.

English was a west Germanic language that was "first" spoken in early medieval England. That's good enough for me. Therefore I demand you spell it like we do.

English arose in the Anglo-Saxon kingdoms of England and what is now southeast Scotland.

I sound like a jingoistic idiot don't I? Nothing could be further from the truth. We get too serious around here. More humour required.

What happened to AVSIM

Personally I think we should change the forum language to Polish. Which is my second language - though my writing skills leave much to be desired ;-)

Gavin Barbara

Over 10 years here and AVSIM is still my favourite FS site :-)

That's settled then...
