No

No

hence the small price tag, LOL.

i am tempted, but I have to have at least winter and autogen. to bad the Swiss pro version is 2 meters per pixel, that is terrible resolution for FSX when the default res is 1 meter per pixel

Also the Swiss pro has awful unnatural colors (pale, broccoli like), and autogen coloring is completely off, looks really awful and cheap when flying. The trees are in completely different green color than the ground (broccoli). So, I'm seriously considering buying this MSE Swiss version, because I'm tired of flying in AeroflyFS, very simplified plane models, and, well, it's not FSX with A2A C172. :)

Well i don't like it... Now i understand commercial members on this forum can't accept negative posts....

You are entitled to your opinion. I can accept your negative posts no problem, as long as they are based on the facts.

Do the lakes and rivers have moving FSX water ?

Larger water bodies are watermasked so the default FSX water will show through, but not all smaller rivers/streams will be watermasked.

As Manny says... no. To add seasons would quadruple the file size of the scenery and it is difficult to do on such large scales without adding substantially to the time and product cost.

Hope you can accept negative posts.... especially when you are just a distributor....   so you know exactly (I hope) which products that you distribute that are great, nice, or just OK...

Why I don't like this product ? I find the resolution on many area disappointing....  far behind what you can get on your own using FSET.... but as I said, considering the price of the product and knowing the cost of digital imagery from Google or other, there's no surprise....  you can't offer a great photoreal, precise add-on for a large area for 30 bucks.  So there's no issue here...   except that looking at some area, flying below 2000 ft or just taking off, you really don't feel you get the announced resolution.....and you don't feel resolution is 4 times better than Switzerland Pro which is supposed to be 2m/pixel....vs 50cm/pixels supposedly for MSE....

Cheers,

Greg

too much, too soon....

Greg,  I can understand your concern... No problem at all... All photoreal scenery will look more blurry as you get closer to the ground. Its the same as zooming into any image on a PC or a printed image. The further you zoom in (and flying at lower altitude and as you get lower in altitude is the same effect as zooming) the imagery appears blurrier, because you are essentially greatly decreasing the effective pixels per inch (or DPI in the print world).

Unfortunately for FSX, there is no commercially viable way around this for large photoreal areas. Our goal is to offer the best quality imagery for use in FSX at reasonable price for the customer. Something which I hope we are achieving!

But yes, if you can post a screenshot, that would help, but please do so and make a new post over at the photoscenery support forum so you abide by the local forum rules here, and I will respond to your post there.

So at night time flying over the area, what will I see? A dark hole where Switzerland should be? Or do it need to get deactivated for night flying?

You will see texture there.  It just won't be "lit up" like the default is.  So, it will be darker than you're used to.  If you use UTX night lighting, you should still see the lights show up.
