PMDG Operations Center 1.6.1 - report issues here

Recommended Posts

I found it under my C drive but my FSX is under another drive. Do I have to transfer it to the same drive than my FSX to see it?

Please help anyone.

Thanks

Al

On My System the OC is installed on Drive "C:/Programme (X86)/ PMDG Operations Center" and it runs absolutly Perfect. So I would say "No, you don't!" But more I can't say.

I opened it from there but how can I used it to paint my aircraft with already painting ready to go? Is there instruction anywhere. Sorry to sound stupid but I looked everywhere and cant find anything. Thanks  Al

I just noticed I'm having problems too.  I can open the OPS Center, but when I go to the pull-down menu to select my product, it shows me the screen on where/how to buy the 777.  I can't load any liveries or make changes to the liveries I have.

Can anyone kindly shed light why all of a sudden after months of flawless working of the PMDG Operations Center, when I went to update a repaint that I used to have but had deleted, now I'm being only shown the 737-600/700 variants and none of the 800/900 variants or 777-200LR and am being asked to buy products I've already paid and owned since they first saw daylight. I can clearly see and use the 600-700-800 and 900 variants of the 737 NGX in my FSX, as well as the 777. Yet, when attempting to add a 737-800 repaint I downloaded over a year ago, I cannot do it via the Operations Center.

What gives? Completely baffled as I was able to use it only last week to install a Ryanair 737-800WL repaint.

@sac601

Like you, despite posting this originally in the General, not had a response to this, nor do I know where to download a fresh version of the OC.

i seem to have run into somewhat similar issues...i tried to install a repaint for the 737-800 today but the ops center threw an error saying basically the plane was not installed...

furthermore: the 777. 737 and J41 show up in the ops center but dont register as actually being bought and owned (which they are), when i click on them i get the product page and the buy button and thats it, thus i cannot install repaints or change settings for either of the three aircraft

any help would be greatly appreciated! at least for the 737 i can still use the standalone livery manager....

@Tobias

Eventually, I resolved my problem with exactly the similar issues and Buy Now screens you are experiencing by re-installing the 777 Base package and the Ops Center then became available and all Repaints were still intact and I could add. But that only applied to the 777-200LR. As for the 737NGX, all I could see in the Ops Center was the -600 & -700 version. The -800 & -900 just vanished but are available to fly in FSX, which is weird.

I'm trying to update Operations Centre online, but it's very slow and times out after a while.

Can I download the update file offline and install it?  I have/use 777 for FSX only, hence is there an option to exclude updating the other DLL's - e.g., 737NGX, 777 SE, etc.?

Trying to open the OP Center receiving the following message:

Full names in the PMDG forums please.

What is the message?  You pasted a copy of the log, which is helpful; maybe I misunderstood.

My recommendation is to open a trouble ticket at Product Support and provide reasons why you are reinstalling, attach a copy of "PMDG Operations Center.log" from \AppData\Roaming\PMDG\PMDG Operations Center.

Product support is here: http://support.precisionmanuals.com

Do not press the button that says User to User Support Forum.  Press the Tickets button.

You may have to create a support account.  Support accounts are separate from sales accounts.
