December 3, 201312 yr Hi Yori, Be very careful what we post. The official posting is "We are very close to commencing testing on the first expansion pack for the PMDG 777-200LR/F so I thought it was probably time to give you a quick update on the status of a few things related to the 777!". So this means that they have not started yet on the testing of the B777-300ER. I guess they have to make this announcement as many people have been asking for the service pack update for the B777.(Last time they can say we do not need to give you an answer as you have not paid for the product yet but not in this case). But I for one have parked mine in the hangar until the Service Pack and the B777-300ER expansion is out together. I plan to fly the B777-300ER in EMIRATES livery out of Fly Tampa`s Dubai. Regards, Darren With the anouncement of the 777-300ER being in the test phase, I was wondering what you guys were thinking of in terms of what livery you want to fly and which would be your first?????
December 3, 201312 yr That's easy, same as the 77L, Air Canada, test flights around CYUL. +1 but for CYYZ Because Cathay is teasing me at work every night, I got to fly it now-YYZ-HKG. On a side note, in my work, United is not getting an A350 but a 77W instead!
December 4, 201312 yr I'll probably do ANZ2 from LAX>LHR when I get the 300ER. I'm doing that real world mid next month too! My first flight online in the 777 was ANZ1 from LHR-LAX and I'm yet to do the return. The 77W will be the one I fly most or near enough all the time (BA & EK). Probably won't see the 77L for a while after if I'm honest. However the 77F will still get a lot of attention! - Luke Pabari
December 4, 201312 yr Definately pumped to be flying the "hybrid" Virgn Australia livery (as below). IMO it is the best livery of all 3 they had, shame it was the one with the shortest time on the aircraft. Of course I'll be looking forward to Qatar, as usual. December 7, 201312 yr Author Hi Yori, Be very careful what we post. Regards, Darren I know. I have rewritten what was said a little, because flying the plane internally and testing is pretty much the same in my book. But i hope what i ment to say clear in any way, by simply wanting to know what people were planning on strating with when this master piece becomes available for us. RGS,

December 8, 201312 yr Even though Noc Air doesn't fly the T7, that I know of, their liveries would be a lot of fun. Thai Airways "Royal Barge" is another favorite.
December 8, 201312 yr ANZ Hobbit! Got to ride her BNE -> AUK in September (we were on the reg ANZ livery over the pacific) I'm doing that real world mid next month too! No idea if you've flown them before but ANZ, especially on the 300ER, was by far the best airline experience I have ever had (better than Lufthansa business, and we flew ANZ economy!) -PK -Phil Kretschmer
December 8, 201312 yr No idea if you've flown them before but ANZ, especially on the 300ER, was by far the best airline experience I have ever had (better than Lufthansa business, and we flew ANZ economy!) Yeah I flew them in 2011/2012. Absolutely phenomenal! I took the cheaper option last summer (United) and regretted it on-board. It was like going back to 1980's with them ha. Looking forward to the flight massively! Hopefully the crew aren't too busy for a cheeky visit up front. Last time they were incredibly friendly up in the flight deck! - Luke Pabari
