January 22, 201412 yr Author First impressions. Beyond excellent! Really... For me this scenery is an instant classic and the first nominee for the scenery of the year award. Detail: stunning. I can't begin to describe all the tiny details that are modeled. Performance: unbelievable! Even on my not-so-high-end system I get a steady 25 - 30 fps with the NGX, fairly high settings and a decent amount of AI traffic. At worst I saw a drop to 19 fps. VAS hasn't been above 3,2Gb during my first tests and that's with some REX4 clouded skies and the NGX with a HD livery. I will have to wait until the weekend to perform a full flight to or from this airport, but the first impressions are just simply outstanding. January 23, 201412 yr Commercial Member Nice! Glad to hear that the perfomance is good! I saw the screenshots and my jaw dropped, really. I travel every summer to Greece, and I love to look at Thessaloniki from the highway pretty much every year, so this scenery is a must buy for me. Is the highway modeled? It would be awesome if they modeled also a first peninsula of Halkidiki, but that's just my wish. Current system: ASUS PRIME Z690-P D4, Intel 12900k, 32GB RAM @ 3600mhz, Zotac RTX 3090 Trinity, M2 SSD, Oculus Quest 2.

Of course it depends on the size of the area around the airport I guess.

January 23, 201412 yr I see a few guys are running into OOM errors with this (on the Aerosoft support forums). And it stands to reason when you make a scenery of this size and quality (Installed she comes in at 1.5GB, that takes a nice chunk of your VAS). I noticed Martins OMDB comes in at a much lower size though as his OMDB is only 438MB, even compared to Georges stuff, Martins is quite lower. For example Georges CYUL is 871MB and while a fantastic airport it is much less detailed than OMDB. I wonder how Martin optimizes it? Lower res textures I imagine? (for the record I do own this new LGTS but have yet to install and try it) Al Stiff
