yes Mourad was away with his son ..... yes I contacted him while he was away as I had asked him to remove Sierrabravo...imgone..... from the forum when Steve had been spamming the proatcx forum with offensive posts that Shells had to deal with.

 

Imgone asked to be removed from the forum..... I contacted the developer who then removed Imgone. I then contacted the developer again to tell him that the forum had an sql error but it fixed itself and Mourad got back to me saying the forum looked ok.

 

As moderator of the proatcx forum I have never had problems contacting the developer.

 

Even while Mourad was on holiday he still answered my emails.

 

 

 

And I have contacted him today and asked him to make a statement in the proatcx forum..... and he has told me he will do that.

 

 

I am asking people to settle down and wait for Mourad to make his statement because I still have no idea what the problem is and I come into svsim and see peopke bad mouthing me.

There you go again interpreting and taking people's words and twisting them to suit your argument.

 

A support forum is there to receive support, for fellow simmers to interact and a conduit for information on the product it is supporting. That information is expected to be truthful.

 

If it is disclosed " by a moderator" that important information that has been posted by moderators on that forum for several months, is in fact false, then a member is not allowed to question this without people leaving and blaming it on the complaining member?

Unfortunately I'm not going back there until the developer starts answering customer questions or at least replies to support emails sent to him.

I am glad that Mourad has finally released some information about the next update. That is a big step forward in customer relations.

 

I agree with you that the Pointsoftware forum would be the best place to raise any concerns. Alas, many of us cannot do this because we were critical (but not offensive) about the program and got banned.

Maybe so Jarkko, but not without some casualties along the way. Some people (and I don't mean admin) have been hurt by this.
