Incoming Carenado

Featured Replies

Well, the next in-line for Carenado (X-Plane) will be the Cessna CT206H Stationair.

Does this have The G1000?

Doubtful as the FSX version has the G1000 as an expansion pack. I know they are bringing their FSX fleet over slowly, but going to pass on this one too as it's similarity to their previous offerings really doesn't wow me. Hopefully they will raise the ante now 10.30 is out in the wild and bring one of their newer heavy hitters (Phenom) out earlier.

Vincent is correct, this will be the HD version for XPX.

Don't know if Carenado is prepared to tackle a G100 for XPX. Only a few makers have even attempted to try and make a plausible one.

I love Carenado planes, they have really raised the bar visually for X-plane offerings.

I am happy they are branching out a little more now with turbo-props and helis, all these Cessna work horses are getting hard to tell apart.

Carenado/Alabeo planes are a real must for GA on X-Plane, and have improved a lot over the years, and often look and feel better than the equivalents on FSX/P3D. I just wish they'd concentrate a bit more on the systems, e.g. A better G1000. If we had Carenado visuals, and A2A style management, it would definitely be a winner.

Yes, thank goodness for Carenado and Dan Klaue. With the addition of World2Xplane (thank you Tony) and simheaven, well, it's a match made in heaven :).GA in X-Plane 10 is magical. Add Pilot2ATC, EFFAS and fly around for a very realistic experience.

Agreed, fly c152 and c172 in XPX they are very good. Hope to have A2a join in Xplane someday.

Honestly. I think that A2A visuals are pretty much up there with Carenado. Sure they may not show all the threads in a seat, but they are top notch also. A2A on any platform would be a winner IMO.

Yes a Phenom would be cool. Using the new G530 modified with SASL terrain etc. would be a buy.
