July 17, 201411 yr I got my 512 for $240 about 3 months ago so yeah that's real good! I think I paid $280 for my sata2 120GB (MLC though) 3 years ago.... Just be advised that drive is TLC - wouldn't last as long for writes (but still should be great for how often we change our pcs ) | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |

July 17, 201411 yr Not that big a deal, it's the "EVO". Now if it were the "PRO" then you would have my attention. Ric Elmore
July 17, 201411 yr Moderator Still cheaper at Newegg and it is just a "smidgen" slower than the Pro so it IS a very good deal. Vic RIG#1 - I9 14900K MSI Pro z790 RTX 5070Ti 40" 4K Monitor 3840x2160
