Put P3D vs FSX in search and read for hours...... Really both have good points and not so good points..........P3D is a work in progress and FSX is not supported....... Oh, don't forget the popcorn.

Good old Meigs.........I miss Meigs. Wasn't 2002 the last sim to have Meigs?

I believe you are correct, a lot of good freeware for fs9 and X for it though.

Commute Sim 2014

The realism is superb.  In yesterday's session, it actually had the lunar eclipse going on at the same time as the real one.  No stutters!  Weather program is nice and smooth.  Dynamic lighting is brilliant.  Totally looks like the real thing, and the graphics are really just top notch!

I mean, this is what the sim looked like when I parked and shut down this morning.  It is so epic!!!

The AI is just as feisty as real people are.  Some of them are just terribly inept, too.  It's kind of funny.  They even get the car types right.  This morning's session had a Buick doing 10 under in the middle lane.  Typical...

I'm sick of Commute Sim 2014.

I just spent 1.5 hrs playing it and I've had enough...

You may notice that people are avoiding answering the actual question. That's very wise of them, since the subject can be a sore point with some, and is pretty much practically begging for flames.......
