I've done it again, everything from ground ZERO. No luck. Texture are not that bad, but this there is a lack of sharpness, and as I've told before, If I pause the game, a few seconds after the textures become sharp.

I'd say that's a sign that your computer is not processing the textures fast enough.  Your system specs are quite capable of running FSX and doing so smoothly.  Perhaps there is something running in the background, maybe some aggressive anti-spyware/anti-malware/anti-virus programs?

My computer: ABS Gladiator Gaming PC featuring an Intel 10700F CPU, EVGA CLC-240 AIO cooler (dead fans replaced with Noctua fans), Asus Tuf Gaming B460M Plus motherboard, 16GB DDR4-3000 RAM, 1 TB NVMe SSD, EVGA RTX3070 FTW3 video card, dead EVGA 750 watt power supply replaced with Antec 900 watt PSU.

So why isn't anyone suggesting anything to get rid of his blurry texture situation with a top of the line computer?

My advice to you (and to the fsx community in general) is to stop tweaking and messing around, delete your config file and just enjoy flying for a while. 95% of the problems with fsx are the result of overtweaking. Highmemfix=1 is the only tweak I have in my config, and I have a wonderful experience.

Cheers!

Best suggestion yet I think, combined with max scenery resolution and detail sliders, no more than mid autogen and zero Ai .... using a Cessna.

I can't see the OP confirming he's actually started with the most obvious suggestion (above); his comment in post 15 is somewhat ambiguous.  The fact that he's stated that the scenery sharpens during pause does certainly suggest a combination of too many tweaks and too higher settings.

Cheers

Like others, I have no solution for the OP's problem. However, throughout this discussion two important pieces of information are missing. Who built the computer (off- the-shelf or custom build) and what motherboard is being used. The fastest processor and graphics processor can't work to full potential unless the motherboard is capable of transferring the data at a sufficient speed. Find out what motherboard is used and then look up the reviews on that board to see the capabilities. Also, if an off-the-shelf system, post what it is so we can look up the capabilities. Motherboard reviews are available at tomshardware.com.

Open the resource monitor when FSX is running (CTRL alt del to run task manager)

Is the cpu doing any work?

Also what speed over the ground do you start to get blurries? On my aging 2500K @4GHz I can't go much over 200 kts with addons like Orbx

Can the OP confirm that when he said "ground zero" he was referring to a brand new CFG file? I would like to again suggest trying the ingame FPS limiter if you have not already, and as others have suggested avoid so many tweaks. In particular, try the default LOD radius of 4.5.

Exactly, as the late Michael Greenblatt always said, "System Unification". If everything isn't working together, they are working against each other.

Capt Speirs,

Although some did not agree with Mr. Greenblatt, I was one of the ones who asked him to spec out the system I use now. He did an excellent job and I've never added or changed any settings. He was pretty specific on the choice of all components from the case, power supply, processor and motherboard. The motherboard is critical. Using an I7 processor with a $100 motherboard is probably not going to work well for FSX. His expertise was well worth the nominal amount he charged. I was sorry to hear of his passing.
